The company form is Limited (Ltd) Corporation with structure line andstaff, andwhich has a total employee of 163 people. The factory location was plannedin Glungku sub district, Bireuenwith an area about 106.400 m2. Water sources ofthis factory is obtained from Peusangan river in Bireuen and the electricitysuppliedby National Electricty Power Company and thegenerator with power of6.661 Kw.From economic analysis was obtained :a. Fixed Capital Investment = Rp. 164.994.936.022b. Working Capital Investment = Rp. 32.417.336.920c. Total Capital Investment = Rp. 232.052.822.942d. Total Production Cost = Rp. 373.988.994.758e. Sales Prices = Rp. 539.868.750.000f. Profit = Rp. 165.879.755.242g. Pay Out Time (POT) = 4.7 tahunh. Break even Point (BEP) = 38.3 %i. Internal Rate Of Return (IRR) = 13,6 %
