PENENTUAN WAKTU KEJADIAN DAN JUMLAH KORBAN KEJADIAN DARI HALAMAN WEB PENYAKIT TROPIS SECARA OTOMATIS

ABSTRAKSeiring pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mengakibatkan jumlah halaman web yang membicarakan tentang penyakit tropis terus bertambah. Hal ini mengakibatkan pengguna kesulitan untuk mencari suatu informasi dari halaman web. Informasi yang sering dicari adalah waktu dan jumlah korban kejadian penyakit tropis. Salah satu cara untuk mendapatkan informasi ini secara otomatis adalah dengan membangun suatu algoritma yang dapat mengekstrak kalimat-kalimat yang mengandung tanggal atau jumlah korban, serta suatu classifier yang dapat menentukan apakah tanggal atau jumlah korban tersebut merupakan tanggal atau jumlah korban kejadian penyakit tropis. Classifier ini dibangun dengan menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM). Selanjutnya, kalimat-kalimat yang didapat ini dikumpulkan dan disimpan sehingga dapat memberikan informasi tentang tanggal dan jumlah korban dari suatu kejadian penyakit tropis yang terjadi di Indonesia. As a result, it is difficult for user to find the information from the web page. The information that mostly searched is the date and the number of victims of occurrence of tropical diseases. One of the ways to obtain this information automatically is by building an algorithm that can extract sentences that contain the date or the number of victims and then build a classifier to determine whether the date or number of victims is the date or number of victims of occurrence of tropical diseases. The classifier is built by using Support Vector Machine (SVM). Furthermore, the sentences are obtained is collected and stored in order to provide information about the date and number of victims of a tropical disease incidence that occurred in Indonesia.
