ANALISIS PENGARUH BLOCK ERROR RATIO TERHADAP RNKUALITAS LAYANAN VIDEO STREAMING HSDPARN(STUDI KASUS PADA OPERATOR SELULER 3 (TRI) DI KOTA BANDA ACEH)

ABSTRAKVideo streaming adalah salah satu layanan multimedia yang dinikmati secara realtime maupun secara tidak realtime. Untuk mengaksesnya dibutuhkan perangkat yang sudah mendukung teknologi HSDPA. Namun dalam penggunaannya sering didapati kendala sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kualitas dan kenyamanannya. Kualitas layanan video streaming dapat dievaluasi berdasarkan delay dan throughput yang dihasilkan. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini akan mengkaji kendala dari sisi lapisan fisiknya yang ditinjau dari pengaruh BLER. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan video streaming jaringan Seluler 3 (Tri) dengan metode drivetest. Penelitian dilakukan dalam Kecamatan Syiah Kuala di siang hari dengan parameter yang diuji adalah Ec/No, BLER dan Throughput. Pengukuran dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali pada hari yang berbeda dengan melalui rute jalan umum yang sama di kecamatan Syiah Kuala. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan tiga kali pengujian kualitas jaringan. dan didapat BLER yang berbeda-beda jumlah titiknya. Dalam tiga kali pengujian didapat Ec/No, BLER yang didapat sebanyak 13 titik dengan koordinat yang berbeda dan cell id yang sama. BLER didapat rata-rata pada Ec/No yang rendah.Rasio BLER dari 42 Cell ID dan 7934 block yang diuji adalah 0,15% dari 1% BLER target. Ditinjau kecepatan diperoleh throughput rata-rata dibawah 0,5Mbps. Ini menunjukkan pengaruh BLER terhadap kualitas video streamingpada operator seluler 3 (Tri) di Kecamatan Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh tidak begitu baik pada beberapa titik uji.Kata Kunci : Video streaming, Throughput, BLER, HSDPA, DrivetestviABSTRACT Video streaming is one of multimedia services that are enjoyed in realtime and is not realtime. The quality of video streaming services can be evaluated based on the resulting de lay and throughput. Therefore, this study will examine the constraints of the physical layer side in terms of the influence of BLER. This study aims to determine the quality of streaming video services Mobile network 3 (Tri) with drivetest methods and quality parameters Ec / No, BLER and throughput. The study was conducted in the District of Shia Kuala at noon with the parameters in the test is Ec / No, BLER and Throughput. The study was conducted three times on different days with through public roads in these districts Kuala Shia. In this study conducted three times quality testing network. and obtained BLER different number of points. In three tests obtained Ec / No BLER obtained as many as 13 points with different coordinates and cell id the same. BLER average obtained in Ec / No is low. BLER ratio of 42 tested Cell ID is 0,15% from 1% BLER targets. In terms of average throughput under 0,5Mbps.
