Description
This study aimed to determine the effectivity of lemongrass (Cymbopogon sp.) oil as a natural anesthetic on tilapia fish (Oreochromis niloticus). The method used in this study was an experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD) one direction with 3 treatments and each treatment consisted of 5 replications. All treatment groups (KI, KII, and KIII) were treated with lemongrass oil at the dose of 10, 20, and 30 ml/L water, respectively. Observations were carried out on the onset, sedation, and recovery.
