Patient satisfaction is the level of satisfaction of patient and family perceptions of health services and is one indicator of hospital performance. Dissatisfaction arises when the results are not meeting expectations. This study aims to illustration a comparison of the level of satisfaction Askes patients, JKA patients and Jamkesmas patients with of health services in inpatient room in dr.Zainoel Abidin Hospital Banda Aceh. This type of research is an analytical study with cross sectional design. Sampling method in this study is accidendal sampling. The research instrument that used was questionnaire. Data obtained from 90 respondents will be analized with bivariate and univariate analysis. The results showed that patients who said they were satisfied as much as 52.2% and that states are not satisfied as much as 47.8%. Patients Askes users tend to be less satisfied. Respondents tend to feel less satisfied on the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness and empathy. Source of health insurance no relationship with satisfaction (p = 0,039).Key words: levels of patient satisfaction, types of insurance, hospitals dr. Abidin Zainoel
