PROYEKSI JUMLAH PENDUDUK KOTA BANDA ACEH MELALUI PENDEKATAN SIMULASI SISTEM DINAMIK

ABSTRAKPertumbuhan penduduk adalah perubahan jumlah dan komposisi penduduk dari tahun ke tahun. Diperlukan suatu metode untuk memproyeksikan bukan hanya jumlah penduduk tapi juga komposisi penduduk di suatu wilayah. Penelitian ini membahas aplikasi sistem dinamik untuk mensimulasikan dan memproyeksikan jumlah dan komposisi penduduk Kota Banda Aceh berdasarkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan penduduk yaitu kelahiran, kematian, dan migrasi. Simulasi dan proyeksi dilakukan dengan software Vensim PLE versi 6.0.1c. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah membuat model simulasi dan analisa hasil simulasi untuk proyeksi penduduk Kota Banda Aceh hingga tahun 2100. Proyeksi penduduk Kota Banda Aceh memilki trend positif dengan rata-rata pertumbuhan penduduk sebesar 0,88% setiap tahunnya.Kata kunci: proyeksi, simulasi, sistem dinamik, vensimABSTRACTPopulation growth is the change in the amount and composition of the population from year to year. It requires a method to projecting not only number of the population, but also the composition of the population in a region. This study tells about the application of dynamical system to simulate and project the number and composition of the population of Banda Aceh based on factors that influence population growth is births, deaths, and migration. This simulation and projection is done by Vensim PLE 6.0.1c. The step in this study is to create a simulation model and an analysis of the result of the projected population of Banda Aceh by 2100. Projected population growth of Banda Aceh has a positive trend with an average population growth of 0.88% in every year.Keywords: projection, simulation, dynamic system, vensim
