Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial 4 x 2 dengan tiga ulangan. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti terdiri atas jenis media tanam (tanah, pasir + kompos, arang sekam + kompos dan biochar + kompos) dan fungi mikoriza arbuskular (tanpa pemberian FMA dan pemberian 10 g FMA/polybag). Peubah yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah cabang, jumlah buah per tanaman, berat buah per tanaman, diameter buah dan persentase kolonisasi FMA pada akar cabai. Pertumbuhan dan hasil cabai merah terbaik dijumpai pada perlakuan tanah sebagai media tanam. Lama aplikasi bleaching disesuaikan dengan petunjuk pabrik, rata-rata aplikasi dilakukan selama 10-20 menit per siklus sesuai tingkat keparahan diskolorasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama aplikasi hidrogen peroksida 30% terhadap microleakage resin komposit mikrohibrid selama 30 menu dan 60 menu. Penelitian ini menggunakan 30 spesimen bovine yang ditumpat dengan resin komposit mikrohibrid berukuran 4 x 2 x 2 mm. Spesimen dikelompokkan menjadi 3 kelompok (n10): kelompok A (kelompok kontrol), kelompok B (bleaching H2O2 30% selama 30 menit) dan kelompok C (bleaching H2O2 30% selama 60 menit). Microleakage diamati menggunakan stereomikroskop. Data yang diperoleh dikategorikan ke dalam skoring microleakage dan dianalisis menggunakan Mann-whitney. Hasil analisa statistik menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna pada microleakage resin komposit mikrohibrid setelah aplikasi hidrogen peroksida 30% selama 30 menit dan 60 menit (P > 0 05) Namun hasil pengamatan di bawah stereomikroskop terlihat ada perbedaan antara microleakage setelah aplikasi hidrogen peroksida 30% selama 30 menit dan 60 menu. Parameter yang diamati antara lain persentase keracunan tanaman kedelai, persentase pengendalian gulma, tinggi tanaman kedelai, bobot basah dan bobot kering gulma, jumlah biji per tanaman dan bobot biji per tanaman. ekstrak gulma berpengaruh nyata terhadap persentase keracunan tanaman kedelai pada 14 dan 21 HSA, pengendalian gulma Amaranthus spinosus dan Chloris barbata pada 7, 14 dan 21 HST.
