Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepuasan, kepercayaan dan hambatan pindah terhadap retensi nasabah Bank Mandiri di Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada nasabah Bank Mandiri Banda Aceh yang telah menggunakan jasa Bank Mandiri selama lebih dari 4 tahun. Model analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji statistik yaitu secara parsial (uji-t) dan secara simultan (uji-F) dengan tingkat signifikansi (?) sebesar 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yang terdiri dari variabel kepuasan (X1), kepercayaan (X2) dan hambatan pindah (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi nasabah (Y), baik secara parsial (uji-t) maupun secara simultan (uji-F) sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima. The study was also aimed at examining interactions between fruit color and seed size on seed viabilities. Experiment was arranged in a randomized complete block design with three replications.  Factors studied were 1) fruit color consisted of three levels, namely, bright red, dark red, and yellowish green and 2) seed size consisted of large seeds, medium, small. Results showed that fruit color significantly affected germination rate, seedling growth rate, prompt germination, the time required to reach 50% germination (T50) and dry weight of normal seedlings. Seed size significantly affected germination rate, seedling growth rate, prompt germination, T50, and dry weight of normal seedlings. The best viability was found in the seeds derived from bright red fruits and small sized seeds. This research was carried out in the Experimental Farm of Research Center for Agricultural Technology (BPTP) NAD, Banda Aceh. The research applied a completely randomized factorial design with 2 treatments, i.e., 4 dosage levels of bio-fertilizers and 4 dosage levels of phosphorus. The results showed that the percentage of damaged plants, percentage of eating inhibition, and the percentage of infected spikelet showed a significant difference between treatments. The higher the dosages of bio-fertilizers and phosphorus were given, the lesser damage and the greater the eating inhibitions were recorded, and the smaller the grains were broken. The method used is an experimental method by design pretest-posttestcontrol group design. The research population is high school students at class XIin the second semester of school time. Two classes with 25 students each werechosen purposively for experiment and control class. The experimental classedwas taught by using learning media of virtual laboratory software, while thecontrol class was taught with conventional learning and both classes were appliedthe Direct Instruction Model. Pretest and posttest on critical thinking skills andcognitive learning outcomes of the students in both classes were compared andanalyzed by using a test; essay and multiple-choice performed with t-test(Independent Samples t-Test). The research results shows that students atexperimental class have significantly higher posttest scores than the their peers incontrol class with p < 0.05. Majority students gave 94.8% of positive responds onthe using of virtual laboratory software for the learning media of human breathingsystem. Besar kecilnya anggaran biaya sangat ditentukan oleh harga satuan bahan dan harga satuan upah yang cenderung berubah-berubah setiap saat. Permasalahan disini adalah berapa besar nilai konstruksi berdasarkan harga satuan dan faktor yang dominan dari harga jual rumah pada perumahan di Banda Aceh dan Aceh Besar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui biaya konstruksi berdasarkan harga satuan dan faktor-faktor harga jual yang dominan yang ditetapkan oleh investor atau developer. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua tahap, yaitu tahap pengumpulan data dan tahap analisis data. Pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran kuisioner kepada responden dengan memberikan pertanyaan mengenai faktor-faktor harga jual rumah seperti yang disebutkan diatas. Kuisioner disebarkan kepada 11 perusahaan dan pada tiap perusahaan mewakili 1 orang responden yang memiliki jabatan penting pada perusahaan tersebut untuk mengisi kuisioner. Tahap analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. This research was aimed at determining effects of seed storage life and scarification on seed viability of soursop. The experiment was conducted from March to May 2013 in Sumani Experimental Tropical Fruit Research Institute Solok, West Sumatra. The experiment was arranged in a completely randomized design (CRD) with four replications. The study consisted of two sets of treatments. The first was seed storage, i.e., 6 months storage and without storage and the second one was seed scarification, i.e. without scarification and scarified seeds. The results showed that the soursop seeds that were stored for six months decreased germination rate (GR) from 82.5% to 65.0% and decreased maximum growth potential (MGP) from 86.0% to 70.5% but did not decrease vigor index and seedling height. In addition, seed scarification lowered vigor index and dry weight of normal seedling. Unscarified seeds did not lower GR and this suggests that scarification by cutting the base of the seeds is not effective for soursop seed.
