Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh pendekatan problem posing secara berkelompok terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Baitussalam. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Baitussalam. Sedangkan untuk menentukan sampel digunakan teknik random sampling. Sehingga sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII-B yang berjumlah 16 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan Kelas VIII-A yang bejumlah 15 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ekperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes yaitu pre-tes dan post-tes. Pengolahan data digunakan uji-t. Hasil ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji hipotesis (t) yang dilakukan penulis. Dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh bahwa thitung? ttabel dengan nilai thitung = 3,07 dan ttabel = 1,70. Sehingga hasil belajar siswa pada kelas yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan problem posing secara berkelompok lebih baik dari pada hasil belajar siswa pada kelas yang tanpa menggunakan metode pendekatan problem posing secara berkelompok. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pendekatan problem posing secara berkelompok terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Baitussalam. Oleh karena itu disarankan agar guru fisika dalam penyampaian materi fisika untuk menggunakan pendekatan problem posing secara berkelompok pada materi yang sesuai dengan pendekatan tersebut dan dapat diterima oleh siswa secara efektif. Gagal ginjal kronik dapat menyebabkan kematian dan angka kejadian terus meningkat setiap tahunnya karena kurang mendapatkan pendidikan kesehatan dan managemen gagal ginjal kronik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan keluarga pasien gagal ginjal kronik. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen, desain penelitian nonequivalent with control group design. Sampel penelitian yaitu keluarga pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisa rutin sebanyak 30 orang untuk kelompok intervensi dan 30 orang untuk kelompok kontrol dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner terdiri dari 35 item pernyataan yang telah diuji validity dan reliability. Uji statistik yang digunakan univariat dan bivariat dengan uji paired t-test dan independent t-test. Hasil penelitian ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan keluarga untuk kelompok intervensi sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan pendidikan kesehatan tentang gagal ginjal kronik (P-value 0,000), dan ada perbedaan pengetahuan keluarga untuk kelompok intervensi dan kontrol setelah mendapatkan pendidikan kesehatan tentang gagal ginjal kronik (P-value 0,002). Metode pendidikan kesehatan dapat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan keluarga pasien gagal ginjal kronik tentang gagal ginjal kronik di ruang Hemodialisa RSUDZA Banda Aceh.
