Flux was used and derived from CuO and CaCO3. The process of synthesis was equipped with the melting process at temperature 890 °C with time variation of melting 35 minutes and 40 minutes, followed by slow cooling at a rate of 1°C/hour for 70 hours. The results were obtained and characterized by XRD test. This research aimed to produce superconducting materials with self-flux method, calculate the percentage of the value of the volume fraction, the percentage of oriented phase and impurities. Samples generated from XRD measurements were made to match with the XRD Strobell’s pattern of the superconducting Bi-2212 standards. The results showed that the value of the volume fraction of 2212 phase and the phase of the highest oriented melting at 40 minutes were equal to 67.68% and 38.89%, while the smallest impurity phase of 32.32% were obtained at the same time melting. Tanah Inceptisols Reuleut dengan pemberian dosis FMA 20 g pot-1, Andisols Saree dengan pemberian dosis FMA 40 g pot-1  mampu meningkatkan N-total tanah. The Effect of Soil Type and Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi Doses on Soybean of  Soil Chemical PropertiesABSTRACT. The aim of this research was to investigate the effect of soil type and Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi doses on soybean plants of  soil chemical properties.  The research was conducted in  Keutapang village Syamtallira Aron  subdistrit  Aceh  Utara from April  to  October  2013.  The  experimental  design  was  factorial randomized completely block design. The first factor was soil types: Ultisols from Buket Rata, Inceptisols from Reuleut  and Andisols from Saree. The second factor was  AMF doses consisted of six levels: 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50  g  per pot. Variables measured were pH value, total-N, available P, and CEC soil at the age of soybean plants  45 days after planting. The results showed that soil type gave significantly effect to pH value, available P and CEC soil. We also found that soil type with low soil fertility levels are Ultisols from Buket Rata. FMA dosing increased the pH value, available P and CEC compared to without giving FMA. There was a significant interaction between soil types with FMA doses on soil total nitrogen. Inceptisols from Reuleut with FMA dosing 20 g per pot and Andisols from Saree with FMA dosing 40 g per pot is able to increased the soil total nitrogen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup penderita lepra di Puskesmas Trienggadeng Kabupaten Pidie Jaya tahun 2014. Desain penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif korelatif dengan sampel 31 orang, menggunakan tenik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan chi square test. Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup penderita lepra (p-value=0,002) ; dukungan sosial keluarga dengan kualitas hidup penderita lepra (p-value=0,031) ; dukungan penilaian keluarga dengan kualitas hidup penderita lepra (p-value=0,002) ; dukungan tambahan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup penderita lepra (p-value=0,004) ; dukungan emosional keluarga dengan kualitas hidup penderita lepra (p-value=0,007). Hasil penelitian ini, dapat menjadi masukan informasi tentang dukungan keluarga terhadap kualitas hidup penderita lepra kepada keluarga serta pihak Puskesmas, sehingga dapat menjadi menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam meningkatkan status kesehatan penderita secara lebih komprehensif melalui upaya promosi kesehatan dan penyuluhan tentang penyakit lepra. Evolutionary algorithm is a precise algorithm used in solving complex optimization problem as it is part of heuristic method. Evolutionary algorithm, like many other algorithms, also experiences a premature convergence phenomenon, whereby variation is eliminated from a population of fairly fit individuals before a complete solution is achieved. Therefore it requires a method to delay the convergence. A specific method of fitness sharing called phenotype fitness sharing has been used in this research. The aim of this research is to find out whether fitness sharing in evolutionary algorithm is able to optimize TSP. There are two concepts of evolutionary algorithm being used in this research. the first one used single elitism and the other one used federated solution. The two concepts had been tested to the method of fitness sharing by using the threshold of 0.25, 0.50 and 0.75. The result was then compared to a non fitness sharing method. The result in this study indicated that by using single elitism concept, fitness sharing was able to give a more optimum result for the data of 100-1000 cities. On the other hand, by using federation solution concept, fitness sharing can yield a more optimum result for the data above 1000 cities, as well as a better solution of data-spreading compared to the method without fitness sharing.
