Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan pola faktorial yang terdiri atas2 faktor. Faktor I adalah factor jenis labu kuning yang terdiri atas 3 taraf, J1= jenis labu bokor, J2=jenis labu klenting, J3= jenis labu ular. Faktor II adalah rasio tepung terigu dan tepung labu kuning dengan 3 taraf, R1=80:20, R2= 60:40, R3=40:60. Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak tiga kali sehingga diperoleh 27 kali satuan percobaan. Jenis labu kuning berpengaruh sangat nyata (P?0,01) terhadap rendemen dan deskriptif warna dan berpengaruh nyata (P?0,05) terhadap nilai kesukaan rasa. Rasio tepung terigu dan labu kuning berpengaruh sangat nyata (P?0,01) terhadap kadar air, kadar abu, dan nilai kesukaan rasa dan berpengaruh nyata(P?0,05) terhadap nilai deskriptif warna dan aroma. Peningkatan jumlah tepung labuk uning yang ditambahkan menyebabkan meningkatnya kadar air dan kadar abu mie basah yang dihasilkan. The treatments were egg-host density (5, 10, 15, 30, and 60 eggs per pias) and temperature (18 oC, 25oC, and room temperature). The eggs of host were exposed to the parasitoid for 24 hours at the temperature tested. Then, the parasited eggs were reared at room temperature until they were darkened. The number of parasitized eggs was observed. The result of the study showed that the type of functional response of T. pretiosum on eggs of C. Cephalonica was type II. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 orang yang diambil secara random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisa dengan menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian memberikan indikasi bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan gaya komunikasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, yang pada gilirannya akan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja sekretariat. Secara tidak langsung gaya kepemimpinan dan gaya komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja sekretariat melalui kinerja pegawai.Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sekretariat adalah variabel gaya kepemimpinan yaitu sebesar 0,483. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pidie Jaya maka gaya kepemimpinan dan gaya komunikasi dipandang perlu untuk dilakukan perbaikan, karena gaya kepemimpinan dan gaya komunikasi merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai sehingga berdampak kepada kinerja Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pidie jaya.Berdasarkan kondisi yang terjadi di lapangan, penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan pekerjaan di masa depan yang berkaitan dengan gaya kepemimpinan, gaya komunikasi, kinerja pegawai dan kinerja Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pidie Jaya.Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Gaya Komunikasi, Kinerja Pegawai dan Kinerja Sekretariat. Pada penelitian ini, akan melihat perilaku profil kanal (C)ferro foam concrete dengan penambahan pozzolan alami akibat beban lenturdengan studi kasus beda tinggi pada profil. Benda uji yang dibuat berupa 3 pasangprofil kanal (C) dengan variabel tertuju pada variasi tinggi material sebesar 150mm, 200 mm, dan 300 mm. Profil ini mempunyai bentang 2200 mm, lebar 100mm, tebal 30 mm dan 4 lapis wiremesh. Kekuatan bahan profil pada umur 28 harikuat tekan beton sebesar 32 MPa dengan Specifik Gravity (SG) 1,6 dan faktor airsemen (FAS) 0,4 dan penambahan pozzolan sebesar 10%, tegangan leleh tulanganD8 410 MPa, dan tegangan leleh wiremesh 420 MPa. Pengujian lentur dilakukandengan meletakkan profil di atas dua tumpuan dengan jarak antar tumpuan 2000mm dan kemudian profil dibebani dengan dua buah beban terpusat dengan jarakantara kedua beban tersebut adalah 600 mm. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukkanbahwa profil kanal (C) dengan konfigurasi I dengan tinggi 150 mm(PCBBP 4-150) mampu menahan beban maksimum sebesar 5,21 Ton denganlendutan sebesar 3,84 cm, untuk profil dengan tinggi 200 mm (PCBBP 4-200)sebesar 8,59 ton dengan lendutan sebesar 3,09 cm, dan untuk profil dengan tinggi300 mm (PCBBP 4-300) sebesar 12,24 ton dengan lendutan sebesar 1,66 cm.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan tinggi profilmengakibatkan terjadi penambahan kekuatan pada profil. Pertambahan bebanultimit yang mampu dipikul oleh profil kanal (C) dengan tinggi 300 mm adalahsebesar 2,35 kali dari profil dengan tinggi 150 mm dan untuk profil dengan tinggi200 mm mampu menahan beban sebesar 1,65 kali dari profil dengan tinggi 150mm. The result showed that soil textures were varied from very coarse at the area near the coastline to rather fine at the area far from the coast. The soil structures of topsoil were generally plate and blocky, and at subsoil generally massive. The quality of irrigation water in Sub District of Lhoong was still suitable for crops. The pH of water was neutral and low in salinity (0, 4 mS cm-1). The recommendations for land of class A were (1) cleaning and repairing of irrigation and drainage channel, (2) leaching of salinity in topsoil from soil profile by flooding method (irrigation basin) or furrow irrigation,  (3) making the ditches for cultivation in managing the excess of salinity, (4) establishing ditches for paddy, and (5) requiring a specified amount of water for the leaching processes and the amount of water required for crops. The recommendation for land class B were (1) cleaning and repairing of irrigation and drainage channel, (2) removing the sediment above the topsoil, (3) leaching the salt from topsoil passing soil profile  by irrigation water, (4) constructing ditches for cultivation in managing the  excess of salinity.
