Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 1 Februari sampai dengan 13Maret 2013. Dalam penelitian ini diuji beberapa tingkat proporsi pakan buatan yangterbuat dari remah kedelai 5%, 8%, dan 10%. Pemberian pakan dilakukan tiga kalisehari, yaitu pada pukul 08.00, 12.00 dan 17.00 WIB, disesuaikan dengan perpelakuandari berat bobot tubuh ikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan kontrol(tanpa remah kedelai) memberikan hasil terbaik dari segi kelangsungan hidup,pertumbuhan mutlak, pertumbuhan harian, efesiensi pakan dan konversi pakan. Namunhasil ini tidak berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan 1 (5%) remah kedelai. Sedangkan padaperlakuan 2 (8%) dan 3 (10%) memiliki hasil yang berbeda nyata dengan P1 dan P0 darisemua hasil uji penelitian yang dilakukan. Penyembuhan luka merupakan respon fisiologis tubuh untuk mengembalikan kontinuitas, struktur dan fungsi jaringan yang mengalami luka (trauma). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh pemberian salep pellet getah jarak pagar terhadap penyembuhan luka sayat pada kulit mencit ( Mus musculus ). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Dengan sampel yang digunakan 20 ekor mencit yang dibagi ke dalam 4 perlakuan dengan 5 pengulangan. Kelompok perlakuan yaitu kelompok salep pellet getah jarak pagar dengan konsentrasi 75% (K1), salep pellet getah jarak pagar dengan konsentrasi 50% (K2), salep pellet getah jarak pagar dengan konsentrasi 25% (K3) dan kelompok kontrol vaselin (K0). Hasil pengamatan luas luka dilakukan secara deskriptif pada hari ke-10. Kelompok K1 luas rata-rata luka 0 cm2, luka sudah sembuh dan kulit sudah normal kembali, kelompok K2 luas rata-rata luka 0,08 cm2 dan luka sudah sembuh tetapi masih belum menutup sempurna, kelompok K3 luas rata-rata luka 0,35 cm2 dan luka sudah sembuh tetapi belum masih menutup sempurna. Kelompok K0 luas rata-rata luka 0,52 cm2 dan luka belum sembuh. Dari data hasil pengamatan pengukuran luas luka pada hari ke-10 secara deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa salep pellet getah jarak pagar 75%, luka lebih cepat sembuh dibandingkan perlakuan lainnya. Pengamatan luka secara mikroskopis dilakukan dengan menghitung jumlah fibrosit pada hari ke-10. Data jumlah fibrosit diuji menggunakan ANOVA dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan ( p < 0,05 ). Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa salep pellet getah jarak pagar berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap jumlah fibrosit luka sayat dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (p < 0,05). Hasil dari perbedaan konsentrasi 75%, 50% dan 25% memberikan pengaruh secara nyata (p < 0,05) terhadap gambaran mikroskopis jumlah fibrosit antar masing-masing kelompok dari nilai Fhitung> Ftabel. This study was conducted at the Field Lab Peternakan Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh from October 29 until January 29, 2013 by using a Latin square design (RBSL) 4x4. This research used four Aceh cattle (age 1.5-2 years old, body weight 160-165 kg) treated in four periods, one period during the 3 weeks of treatment. A ratio of feeding treatment were A (concentrate + forage), B (silage + concentrate + forage), C (concentrate + forage + ammoniation), and D (+ silage + concentrate + forage ammoniation). The results giving a combination of concentrate, silage and forage (B) stimulated the growth higher than other treatments because is able to raise 0.58 kg ADG and feed efficiency of 11,04% also lowered the value of 9.35 kg of feed conversion.
