Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 7 orang guru mata pelajaran ekonomi dan 171 siswa pada SMP di Kecamatan Panga. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 7 orang guru mata pelajaran ekonomi dan 105 siswa pengambilan sampel di peroleh secara stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik library research dan field research, dengan analisis regresi dan korelasi beserta uji t. Hasil analisis data bahwa: Kompentensi profesional guru mata pelajaran ekonomi pada SMP di Kecamatan Panga termasuk dalam kategori baik, hal tersebut memberi arti bahwa semua guru sudah menguasai materi ajar dengan baik dilihat dari jawaban soal kompetensi di atas 50% dan tingkat prestasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMP ini memiliki tingkat prestasi belajar yang baik, hal tersebut dilihat dari sebagian besar siswa telah menunjukkan keberhasilan mereka dalam mencapai nilai raport semester pertama tahun ajaran 2013/2014 diatas nilai KKM. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi profesional guru (X) dengan prestasi belajar siswa (Y). Hal tersebut dilihat dari nilai t_hitung > t_tabel dengan tingkat nilai t_hitung sebesar 2,05 sedangkan t_tabel 2,02. Jadi 2,05 > 2,02 dengan r hitung sebesar r =0,68 dengan persentase sebesar 46 % yang termasuk dalam katagori yang tinggi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kompetensi profesional guru memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan prestasi belajar siswa pada SMP di Kecamatan Panga. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan kompetensi profesional guru lebih dimaksimalkan dan prestasi belajar yang sudah baik tersebut dapat dipertahankan dan di tingkatkan, yang tidak terlepas dari adanya pengawasan pihak sekolah. Motivasi petani padi sawah di Kecamatan Peusangan berbeda-beda berdasarkan status penguasaan lahan. Status penguasaan lahan padi di Kecamatan Peusangan terdiri dari pemilik penggarap dan penyakap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi petani dalam berusahatani padi sawah berdasarkan status kepenguasaan lahan, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi petani dalam berusahatani padi sawah dan untuk mengetahui kendala dan solusi yang dilakukan oleh petani dalam berusahatani padi sawah berdasarkan status kepenguasaan lahan di Kecamatan Peusangan. Motivasi petani ditentukan berdasarkan sistem skor dengan menggunakan lima indikator dan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan delapan variable dan juga menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa petani penyakap di Desa Matang Sagoe dan Pulo Naleung memiliki tingkat motivasi lebih tinggi dari pada petani pemilik penggarap. Faktor yang tidak mempengaruhi motivasi petani penyakap di Desa Matang Sagoe dan Pulo Naleung adalah umur, sedangkan faktor yang tidak mempengaruhi motivasi petani pemilik penggarap adalah pendidikan. Kendala yang sering dihadapi oleh petani adalah serangan hama, kurangnya air atau irigasi yang belum mendukung dan kondisi pasar sering tidak menentu ketika saat panen tiba.Kata Kunci: Motivasi Petani Padi Sawah, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dan Status Kepenguasaan Lahan. Sampel penelitian adalah Bank Syariah Indonesia yang telah memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel penelitian ini yang terdiri dari Bank BNI Syariah dan Bank BRI Syariah. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana.Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa zakat dan ISR keduanya secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return on Equity pada bank syariah di Indonesia. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan uji F dengan F value (9,997) > F tabel (9,556) atau p value (0,047) < 0,05, sehingga mendukung hipotesis.Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa zakat memiliki efek positif dan signifikan untuk Return on Equity pada bank syariah di Indonesia. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan uji t dengan t value (4,308) > t tabel (1,88) atau p value (0,013) < 0,05.Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa ISR memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap Return on Equity pada bank syariah di Indonesia. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif dengan uji korelasi atau suatu tujuan tentang kecepatan lari dan kemampuan lompat jauh yang dimiliki individu. Teknik pengumpuJan data dilakukan dengan tes,(J) pengukuran kecepatan lari sprint 60 meter, dan (2) Tes kemampuan lompat jauh. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi sederhana. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antarakecepatan Ian 60 meter dengan kemampuan lompat jauh (r = 0,87). Hubungan antarakecepatan "Ian 60 meter sebesar 75,690/0 terhadap kemampuan lompat jauh. Datayang diperoJeh dianalisis dengan teknik uji - t pada taraf signifikan 95 %.
