Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa(i) SMA Negeri Modal Bangsa Dinas Pendidikan Aceh, sedangkan sampel penelitian ialah siswa kelas akselerasi-2 yang berjumlah 18 siswa(i). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan instrumen tes, berupa soal tes kemampuan kimia dan soal tes kemampuan potensi akademik (tes berpikir formal). Analisis data secara kuantitatif menggunakan statistik korelasi Product Moment. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai rxy sebesar 0,953. Nilai rxy tersebut dikonfirmasi dengan r tabel Product Moment dengan db sebesar 16 (untuk jumlah peserta tes sebanyak 18 siswa) pada taraf signifikan 5% (? = 0,05) sehingga diperoleh r tabel sebesar 0,468. Perolehan nilai rxy sebagai r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel (0,953 ? 0,468). Dengan demikian diperoleh kesimpulan tolak H0 terima Ha, artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif antara variabel X dengan variabel Y. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kemampuan berpikir formal dengan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal kimia berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa kelas akselerasi SMA Negeri Modal Bangsa Dinas Pendidikan Aceh. Sehingga penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh penggunaan media gambar terhadap hasil belajar fisika pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Baitussalam. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh penggunaan media gambar terhadap hasil belajar fisika pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Baitussalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media gambar terhadap hasil belajar fisika pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Baitussalam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3 kelas VIII yang berjumlah 46 orang sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah 2 kelas VIII dengan jumlah siswa 31 orang yang diambil secara random sampling yaitu dengan cara undian. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data tes hasil belajar siswa dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media gambar terhadap hasil belajar fisika pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Baitussalam. Hasil ini dapat di lihat dari hasil uji hipotesis (t) yangdilakukan penulis. Dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh bahwa thitung > ttabel dengan nilai thitung = 2,32 dan ttabel = 1,70. Sehingga hasil belajar siswa pada kelas yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan media gambar lebih baik daripada hasil belajar siswa pada kelas yang tanpa menggunakan media gambar. Rebung yang sering diolah sebagai campuran masakan biasanya telah diiris tipis, masyarakat aceh menggunakan rebung atau bak trieng (bahasa Aceh) sebagai bahan campuran sayuran. Rebung betung memiliki rasa yang paling enak jika dibandingkan dengan rebung yang lainnya. Kerusakan pada rebung terjadi pada waktu panen, penyimpanan dan transportasi. Untuk mengurangi kerusakan tersebut, maka perlu menggunakan kemasan dan kondisi penyimpanan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tebal irisan dan jenis kemasan terhadap mutu rebung selama penyimpanan.Penelitian ini menggunakan rebung betung (Dendrocalamus asper) diiris dengan ketebalan 0,5, 1 dan 1,5 cm, dikemas dalam kemasan polipropilen, polietilen dan tanpa kemasan yang disimpan dengan suhu rendah 50C selama 10 hari. Analisis yang dilakukan terhadap mutu rebung yang meliputi susut bobot, kadar abu dan kekerasan serta uji organoleptik (hedonik) yang meliputi aroma, tekstur dan warna. Hasil penilitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan terhadap rebung dalam kemasan polietilen dengan irisan 0,5cm dapat bertahan selama 10 hari dengan nilai susut bobot 9,1%, kadar abu 11,1%, kekerasan 0,38%. Hasil uji organoleptik (hedonik) panelis memberi skor 2,4 (netral) untuk semua parameter (aroma, tektur dan warna) pada hari ke-10. Hasil uji lanjut Duncan menunjukkan bahwa susut bobot rebung dipengaruhi oleh kemasan, kadar abu dipengaruhi oleh ketebalan sedangkan kekerasan dipengaruhi oleh kemasan dan ketebalan. Hasil regresi antara nilai kekerasan hasil pengukuran (objektif) dengan skor tekstur (subjektif) menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dengan kemasan polietilen memiliki hubungan yang erat, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai R2 yang lebih besar yaitu 0,879.
