Rendahnya keputusan belanja online ini tidak terlepas dari rendahnya word of mouth yang disampaikan dari satu pelanggan kepelanggan lainnya. Tanpa buzz yang besar atau noise yang utamakan isu belanja online seakan belum begitu muncul dipermukaan. Buzz dan noise inilah biasanya yang akan timbul bila frekuensi dan coverage word of mouth yang dilakukan oleh sesama pelanggan belanja online. Thurau et al. (2004) mengatakan bentuk word of mouth ini telah menjadi faktor penting dalam pembentukan perilaku konsumen. Rekomendasi ataupun review yang diberikan konsumen lain misalnya dalam sebuah sharing review platform ataupun komunitas niscaya mampu mempengaruhi konsumen dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk membeli suatu produk atau jasa. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 120 orang yang merupakan konsumen yang telah memanfaatkan belanja online di Banda Aceh. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia) dari tahun 2009 sampai 2011. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan menghasilkan 49 perusahaan sebagai sampel akhir. Data untuk penelitian dikumpulkan dari laporan tahunan, kemudian data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) ownership retention dan reputasi auditor secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap niali perusahaan, (2) ownership retention memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan (3) reputasi auditor tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Keduanya memiliki kadar tanin yang berbeda, tanin dalam teh hijau lebih tinggi daripada teh hitam. Tanin ini diduga dapat merubah warna dari restorasi gigi seperti resin komposit. Resin komposit terbaru adalah resin komposit yang memiliki ukuran partikel nano. Resin komposit nanopartikel memiliki beberapa kelebihan, tetapi resin komposit ini juga memiliki kelemahan yaitu matriknya dapat menyerap air yang mengakibatkan perubahan warna. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui pengaruh paparan larutan teh hijau dan teh hitam terhadap perubahan warna pada resin komposit nanopartikel dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan paparan larutan teh hijau dengan teh hitam terhadap tingkat perubahan warna resin komposit nanopartikel. Metode : penelitian ini merupakan penelitian laboratorium dengan jumlah spesimen (n=32) dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok. Untuk masing-masing paparan dalam larutan teh hijau dan teh hitam (n=16). Setiap spesimen direndam dalam 5 ml larutan teh hijau dan teh hitam selama 7 hari dan setiap hari larutannya diganti. Pengukuran perubahan warna sebelum dan sesudah perendaman dilakukan dengan diletakkan di bawah Stereo Mikroskop, difoto dengan kamera digital, kemudian hasil gambar dimasukkan ke komputer untuk diukur nilai L*a*b* dengan menggunakan Adobe Photoshop lalu dianalisis menggunakan uji T tidak berpasangan. Hasil : berdasarkan nilai ?E yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh larutan teh hijau dan teh hitam terhadap perubahan warna resin komposit nanopartikel yang terlihat jelas. Proses drilling pada material komposit laminat dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kerusakan matrik maupun serat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh parameter pemotongan terhadap kualitas hasil pembuatan lubang pada material komposit laminat. Material yang digunakan tersusun dari 65 % matrik dan 35 % serat. Ukuran material komposit ini adalah 150 x 100 x 25 mm dan dibuat dengan metode hand lay-up. Pengujian dilakukan dengan beberapa variasi parameter pemotongan, yaitu kecepatan potong () 20; 40; 60 m/menit, gerak makan (f) 0,05; 0,1; 0,2; 0,3 mm dan diameter mata pahat adalah 8 mm. Berdasarkan pengamatan secara visual dan menggunakan mikroskop optik dengan pembesaran 5x, kualitas hasil pelubangan yang paling baik terdapat pada pemotongan menggunakan parameter yang pertama yaitu kecepatan potong 20 m/menit dan gerak makan 0,05 mm. Sedangkan kualitas hasil pelubangan yang paling besar mengalami kerusakan terdapat pada pemotongan menggunakan parameter yang terakhir yaitu kecepaatan potong 60 m/menit dan gerak makan 0,3 mm. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis path (path analysis).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah daerah. Hasil lain yang ditunjukkan dalam penelitian ini adalah partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh terhadap komitmen tujuan anggaran. Namun, komitmen tujuan anggaran tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah daerah. Population in this research is that local government officials which amounted to 35 institutions 1 Secretariat area, 12 offices, 16 Service, Hospital 1, and 5 Agency. While the sample in this study consisted of, Chief Secretary / Department / Agency / Hospital / and the Office, the Head of Planning, and Ka.TU participated in thepreparation of theBudget.The collection of data and information needed in the study conducted by research field (field research). The primary data obtained  directly from research subjects in the form of perceptions by responden of the quetsionneir circulated in the form of a quitsionnaire  to 93 respondents.The study found that budget participation, clarity of budget goals, and evaluation of budgets simultaneously either partially or significantly affect the performance of local government officials in Banda Aceh city government.
