Hubungan antara motivasi, sarana prasarana dan lingkungan kerja, kinerja anggota terhadap kinerja organisasi terdapat hubungan yang signifikan. This study aims to determine the effect of mulch and concentration of liquid organic fertilizer DI Grow on growth and yield of pepper plants. In addition, to determine whether there is interaction between the two factors. The experiment was conducted at the Faculty of Agriculture Experiment garden UNSYIAH Darussalam Banda Aceh on 1 January up to April 9, 2012. The experimental design used in this study was a randomized block design with a 2 x 4 factorial with three replications. There are two factors studied were composed of mulch factor without mulch, plastic mulch and fertilizer concentration factor consisting of a control, 2.5 ml / L of water, 5 ml / L of water and 7.5 ml / L. The parameters measured were plant height and stem diameter at 15, 30 and 45 days after planting, the number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant, fruit diameter per plant and yield potential. The results showed that the mulch very significant effect on plant height 30 days after planting, and significant effect on stem diameter at 15 and 30 days after planting, but did not significantly affect plant height at 15 and 45 days after planting, stem diameter between 45 days after planting, the number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant and fruit diameter per plant. Growth and yield of pepper plants were more likely to be found in both the treatment without mulch. Concentration of Liquid Organic Fertilizer DI Grow is not a real effect on plant height and stem diameter at 15, 30 and 45 DAT, the number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant, fruit diameter per plant and the potential yield of pepper plants. Growth and yield of pepper plants tends to be better seen in 7.5 ml / L of water. M.Sc sebagai Pembimbing Anggota. RINGKASANTanah merupakan sumber daya alam, pemanfaatan sumber daya tanah untuk kegiatan pertanian secara maksimal adalah sangat penting. Dalam bidang pertanian, tanah diartikan lebih khusus sebagai media tumbuh tanaman. Fungsi tanah tersebut akan maksimal jika kelestarian dan keselamatanya terjamin dari kerusakan-kerusakan yang mungkin terjadi. Kerusakan tanah dapat terjadi karena hilangnya satu unsur atau beberapa unsur hara secara terus menerus dari perakarannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya aliran permukaan dan erosi tanah akibat pengaruh mulsa jerami dengan kemiringan lereng tertentu.Penelitian ini menggunakan Rainfall Simulator untuk simulasi hujan dengan kemiringan lereng 5% dan 10%. Durasi hujan yang disimulasikan adalah 15 menit dan 30 menit. Bahan yang digunakan adalah mulsa jerami padi dengan jenis tanah inceptisols. Besarnya erosi dihitung dengan menimbang tanah yang terangkut akibat aliran permukaan berdasarkan berat kering serta pengaruh perlakuan pemberian mulsa jerami terhadap aliran permukaan dan erosi tanah.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin curamnya suatu kemiringan lereng pada tanah, maka semakin besar aliran permukaan yang terjadi pada tanah inceptisols. Aliran permukaan tertinggi yaitu 0,40 mm/jam pada durasi hujan 15 menit tanpa perlakuan pemberian jerami dan terendah yaitu 0,30 mm/jam pada durasi hujan 30 menit dengan perlakuan pemberian jerami seberat 500 gram/plot. Pengaruh jerami terhadap erosi tanah menunjukkan bahwa semakin curam suatu kemiringan lereng pada tanah, maka semakin besar erosi yang terjadi pada tanah inceptisols. Hasil erosi terbesar yaitu tanpa pemberian mulsa jerami (0 gram/plot) menghasilkan jumlah erosi sebesar 7,02 ton/ha/thn pada kemiringan 10% dengan durasi hujan 30 menit. Sedangkan jumlah erosi terkecil yaitu dengan perlakuan pemberian mulsa jerami seberat 500 gram/plot menghasilkan erosi sebesar 0,275 ton/ha/thn pada durasi hujan 15 menit dengan kemiringan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan pemberian mulsa jerami diatas tanah setebal 3 cm dapat mengurangi aliran permukaan dan erosi tanah. Pengaruh mulsa jerami terhadap aliran permukaan dan erosi tanah adalah semakin besar pemberian mulsa jerami di atas tanah maka semakin kecil aliran permukaan dan erosi tanah yang terjadi. Pengolahan data menggunakan software GrADS yang menghasilkan output dalam bentuk pemetaan track siklon tropis dan suhu permukaan laut. Selama 1 dekade tersebut (2003-2013) kemunculan fenomena ini mencapai total 37 kali kemunculan dan fenomena ini setiap tahunnya selalu muncul di musim peralihan I (September-Oktober-Nopember) hingga 19 kali. Pola suhu permukaan laut juga menunjukkan perbedaan yang cukup signifikan antara musim timur laut dan ketiga musim lainnya. Pola suhu permukaan laut pada musim timur laut cenderung lebih rendah dibandingkan ketiga musim lainnya. Penelitian ini juga membagi riwayat fenomena alam ini berdasarkan tahap pembentukannya dengan menggunakan data nilai kecepatan angin (knot) saat peristiwa ini muncul. Dari 37 kali kemunculan 24 diantaranya berada pada tahap badai tropis (tahap menengah), sedangkan 12 lainnya berada pada tahap siklon tropis (tahap tertinggi) dan hanya 1 kali berada pada tahap depresi tropis. Nilai kecepatan angin tertinggi yang bernilai 140 knot atau 252 km/jam tersebut muncul pada musim peralihan I di tahun 2013. Adanya hubungan tidak langsung dari pengaruh musim terhadap siklon tropis membawa jumlah kemunculan yang berbeda pada setiap musimnya.Kata kunci: siklon tropis, musim, kecepatan angin, Teluk Benggala.ABSTRACTThis research has been done by using sea surface temperature data are processed based on the division of 4 seasons in the Bay of Bengal and also a history of the phenomenon of tropical cyclones over the 10 years through the JTWC (Joint Typhoon Warning Center). Data processing using software Grads produces an output in the form of mapping tropical cyclone track and sea surface temperature. During once decade (2003-2013) the emergence of this phenomenon reaches a total of 37 times and the emergence of this phenomenon every year always appears in the transitional season I (September-October-November) up to 19 times. Sea surface temperature also showed a significant difference between the Notheast season and the three other seasons. Sea surface temperature in the Notheast season is lower than the three other seasons. This study also divides the history of this natural phenomenon based on the stage of formation by using data values of wind speed (knots) when these events arise. From the 37 times of the emergence, the 24 times are at the stage of a tropical storm (intermediate stage), while the other of the 12 times are at a stage of tropical cyclones (the highest stage) and only 1 time at the stage of a tropical depression. The highest wind speed values are worth 140 knots or 252 km / h that appears in the transitional season I in the presence of 2013.
