Kota Banda Aceh merupakan Ibukota Provinsi Aceh yang memiliki beberapa rumah sakit antar lain : Rumah Sakit Zainoel Abidin, Rumah Sakit Harapan Bunda, Rumah Sakit Faqinah, Rumah sakit Ibu dan Anak serta Rumah Sakit Meuraxa. Banyaknya jumlah rumah sakit di Kota Banda Aceh tentu akan meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung yang datang, demikian pula dengan jumlah dokter, paramedis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat model hubungan statistik antara besarnya tarikan kendaraan sepeda motor dan mobil penumpang dengan parameter rumah sakit. Parameter dalam penelitian ini dicerminkan oleh luas bangunan, luas tanah, jumlah tempat tidur, jumlah dokter, jumlah paramedis dan jumlah pegawai administrasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda, model-model yang dihasilkan kemudian di uji secara statistik. The research was conducted to assess the complete ration silage products use traditional local feed materials of high water levels are currently still problematic in storage. The technology used is in a state of anaerobic fermentation technology. This study uses a random group, with 4 levels of water treatment (30, 40, 50, and 60%) and 4 groups of storage time (1, 2, 3, and 4 weeks) at room temperature, each unit of treatment was repeated 3 times. Silage made in a glass bottle filled with 200-300 g of feed a complete and total BAL plus Lactobacillus plantarum 105 cfu per gram of silage. Physically and chemically, products made from raw silage rations complete local feed has characteristics that are not much different from the silage forage. Water content and storage time is very significant (P <0.01) lower pH and increased total acids. This research purposeful to measure the effect of core service quality and service quality devices to the perceived value with assessment of emotion as mediating variables at Martha Tilaar in Banda Aceh .This research using questionnaires with the respondents are the consumer who felt the service at Martha Tilaar Banda Aceh. The number of respondents in this research was 100 people. The sampling technique used in this research is the purposive sampling. The results of this research stated that core service quality have positive effect and significant directly or indirectly to the perceived value. In other words this mediation called as partial mediation, and the results of this research also stated that service quality devices have positive effect and no significant directly to the perceived value. However have positive effect and indirectly to the perceived value with assessment of emotion as mediating variable. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kualitas pelayanan inti dan kualitas pelayanan perangkat terhadap nilai yang dirasakan dengan penilaian emosi sebagai variabel mediasi pada Martha Tilaar di Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dengan respondennya adalah para konsumen yang merasakan pelayanan pada Martha Tilaar di Banda Aceh. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai adalah metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan inti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung mapun tidak langsung terhadap nilai yang dirasakan, dengan kata lain mediasi ini disebut dengan mediasi parsial dan hasil penelitian ini juga menyatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan perangkat berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan secara langsung terhadap nilai yang dirasakan, akan tetapi berpengaruh positif dan secara tidak langsung terhadap nilai yang dirasakan dengan penilaian emosi sebagai variabel pemediasi, dengan kata lain mediasi ini disebut sebagai mediasi sepenuhnya. Virus dengue ini termasuk kedalam family Flaviviridae dalam genus flavivirus. Derajat klinis DBD diklasifikasikan menjadi empat kelas keparahan, Derajat I, Derajat II, Derajat III, dan Derajat IV. Diagnosis DBD dilakukan dengan pemeriksaan darah rutin salah satunya yaitu hematokrit dan trombosit serta dari gejala klinis yang terlihat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat kadar hematokrit dan jumlah trombosit pada pasien demam berdarah dengue dengan berbagai derajat klinis di Rumah Sakit Umum dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan retrospektif dan telah dilakukan pada bulan November-Desember 2014 dengan jumlah sampel 42 dari rekam medis yang didapat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan dari pasien DBD yang paling banyak dirawat di RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh memiliki kadar hematokrit ? 45% dengan presentase 87% yang dijumpai pada derajar II dan jumlah trombosit < 100.000 sel/mm? dengan presentase 78,6% yang dijumpai pada derajat II.
