Kelas eksperimen dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran berbasis PBL, sedangkan kelas kontrol dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Analisis data tentang pengaruh model PBL terhadap keterampilan memecahkan masalah dan hasil belajar kognitif dilakukan dengan uji-t (Independent Samples t Test). Respon mahasiswa dianalisis dengan menginterpretasikan persentase tanggapan yang diberikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan memecahkan masalah (thit. 11,181 > ttab. 2,005) dan hasil belajar kognitif (thit. 6,297 > ttab. 2,005) mahasiswa yang dibelajarkan melalui model PBL. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui defleksi, tegangan-regangan, dan beban maksimum pada elemen beton bertulang akibat beban yang diberikan serta untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil analisis elemen beton bertulang dengan MEH yang menggunakan tiga model modulus geser yang berbeda. Penelitian ini memodelkan retak dengan metode smeared crack dan memodelkan tulangan baja dengan metode smeared element. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi sarana untuk mengetahui perilaku elemen beton bertulang secara lebih detail, sehingga dapat diprediksi perilaku tersebut sebelum dilakukan pengujian eksperimental serta mengetahui model modulus geser yang memberikan hasil analisis yang paling mendekati hasil eksperimental. Elemen beton bertulang yang dianalisis adalah Panel PB21 (Bhide dan Collins, 1987), Panel PV20 (Vecchio dan Collins, 1982), Balok Tinggi (Leonhardt dan Walther, 1966) dan Panel PP1 (Marti dan Meyboom, 1987). Analisis Panel PB21 menggunakan model modulus geser Vecchio, Darwin et. al. dan Zhu et. al. menghasilkan tegangan geser puncak yang sama, yaitu sebesar 88,85 % dari hasil eksperimental. Analisis Panel PV20 menggunakan model modulus geser Vecchio, Darwin et. al. dan Zhu et. al. menghasilkan tegangan geser puncak yang sama, yaitu sebesar 101,67 % dari hasil eksperimental. Beban maksimum hasil analisis balok tinggi model Vecchio, Darwin et. al. dan Zhu et. al. berturut-turut sebesar 86,75 %, 100,48 % dan 103,73 % dari eksperimental. Analisis Panel PP1 menggunakan model modulus geser Vecchio, Darwin et. al. dan Zhu et. al. menghasilkan tegangan geser puncak yang sama yaitu sebesar 103,41 % dari hasil eksperimental. Hubungan tegangan geser-regangan geser untuk elemen panel dan hubungan beban-lendutan untuk balok tinggi hasil analisis dengan ketiga model tersebut dibandingkan dengan hasil eksperimental. Aimed of this research was to find out the optimal level of molasses addition to improve quality, dry matter and organic matter digestibility of rice straw ammonization process. Materials used were rumen fluid of fistula cattle, grind of rice straw, water, urea and molasses. Research designed used Completely Randomized Design (CRD). As treatments were R0: rice straw 1000 g dry matter + 500 g water + 50 g urea + 0 percent of molasses, R1: R0 + 15 percent of molasses, R2: R0 + 30 percent of molasses. Urea and molasses dissolved in water and then entered into pollybag. All pollybag observe and let for 15 days, each treatment replicated 6 times. Variable measured were dry matter digestibility and organic matter digestibility. Research result showed that ammonization product of NH3, Acidity Level and crude fiber having decreased while crude protein content increased. Variance analysis indicated that treatments had significant effect (P<0.05) on dry matter and organic matter digestibility. Orthogonal polynomial test indicated that level of molasses increase (P<0.05) of dry matter and organic matter digestibility linearly. It can be concluded that addition up to 30 percent in ammoniating of rice straw using urea can improve quality of ammonization and increasing dry matter and organic matter digestibility. Jika seseorang berhasil mencapai motivasinya, maka yang bersangkutan cenderung untuk terus termotivasi. Sebaliknya, jika seseorang sering gagal mewujudkan motivasinya, maka yang bersangkutan mungkin tetap ulet terus berusaha dan berdoa sampai motivasinya tercapai atau justru menjadi putus asa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan kemampuan mengajar guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada gugus II Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Kebayakan Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Adapun yang dijadikan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru dan siswa yang ada pada gugus II Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Kebayakan Kabupaten Aceh Tengah sedangkan yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 31 orang guru dan 31 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis pertama terdapat pengaruh yang positif motivasi kerja dengan prestasi belajar siswa (rx1y=0,670), kedua terdapat pengaruh yang positif kemampuan mengajar guru dengan prestasi belajar siswa (rx2y=0,691), ketiga terdapat pengaruh yang positif motivasi kerja dan kemampuan mengajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (rx1x2= 0,856). Hasil analisis secara bersamaan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kemampuan mengajar guru dapat mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa.
