Aceh yang terletak di barat laut Indonesia tidak berada dalam lintasan siklon tropis sehingga tidak ada pengaruh langsung siklon tersebut terhadap cuaca di wilayah Aceh. Sekalipun demikian diperkirakan ada pengaruh tidak langsung berupa perubahan curah hujan di wilayah Aceh selama siklon tropis terbentuk. Dalam penelitian ini dianalisa korelasi antara siklon tropis yang terbentuk di wilayah Samudera Pasifik Barat, Perairan Filipinan, dan Laut China Selatan pada tahun 2012 dengan data curah hujan dan tekanan udara pada beberapa stasiun meteorologi di Aceh. Korelasi tekanan udara di pusat siklon dengan tekanan udara di stasiun meteorologi dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear. Selanjutnya korelasi siklon tropis dengan curah hujan di Aceh dipelajari melalui interpretasi awan dari citra satellite dan pergerakan pola angin dari peta streamline. Hasil analisia menunjukan bahwa ada nilai korelasi positif besar +0.8 saat terjadinya siklon tropis Vicente (19 - 25 Juli 2012), dimana terjadi menurunan tekanan sebesar 2.0 mb pada Stasiun Meteorologi Sabang dan Meulaboh. Saat siklon tropis terbentuk secara umum curah hujan di Aceh meningkat, siklon tropis Sanvu (21 - 30 Mei 2012) menyebabkan jumlah curah hujan tinggi mencapai 69.8 mm (22 Mei 2012) di Stasiun Meteologi Sabang.Kata kunci : Siklon Tropis, Tekanan Udara, Curah Hujan ABSTRACTThe growth of tropical cyclone in West Pacific Ocean, South China Sea, Philippines Sea affects weather pattern in most part of northern Indonesia. Aceh that is located in northwestern Indonesia was not in tropical cyclone trajectory area, no direct affects of the cyclones impact to weather in Aceh. Though so, it is predicted there is indirect affect change in form of rainfall in Aceh regional during tropical cyclones formed. In this research we analyze correlations between tropical cyclone formed in the Western Pacific Ocean, Sea Philippine, and South China Sea regions during 2012 with data of rainfall and pressure collected from meteorology stations in Aceh. The correlation of pressure in the center of the cyclone with the pressure in the meteorological station was analyzed using linear regression method. While the correlation with rainfall in Aceh was studied through clouds interpretation from satellite imageries and movement of streamline maps. The results show that there are positive correlation (+0.8) when the tropical cyclone Vicente on 19 - 25 July occurred the pressure at Sabang and Meulaboh decreased (2.0 mb). Furthermore, as the tropical cyclones formed, generally the rainfalls are increased in Aceh region. Tropical cyclone Sanvu which occurred on 21 - 30 May, caused the highest rainfall amounting to (35.8 mm) at the meteorological station of Sabang on 22 May. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional study. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode stratified random sampling. Dengan jumlah populasi 278 dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampelproporsional stratified sampling, selanjutnya sampel dipilih secara accidental sampling untuk setiap kelas dengan jumlah sampel 73 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan format pemeriksaan fisik dalam bentuk dichotomus dengan cara ukur pemeriksaan dan kuesioner dalam bentuk skala likert dengan cara ukur angket yang dilakukan pada tanggal 28 Mei sampai 29 Mei 2015. Metode analisisdata dengan menggunakan univariat, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran status kesehatan santri pada pondok yang memiliki pos kesehatan pesantren berada pada kategori cukup baik terdiri dari 3 sub variabel yaitu kesehatan fisik berada pada kategori baik (100%), kesehatan mental berada padakategori cukup baik (63%) dan kesehatan sosial berada pada kategori cukup baik (43,8%). Disarankan kapada pihak poskestren agar lebih meningkatkan pengoptimalan perilaku personal hygiene demi terciptanya kesehatan dan kesejahteraan warga pesantren dan dapat memberikan pendidikan kesehatan kepada warga pesantren serta dapat mengaktifkan kembali bimbingan konseling untuk meningkatkan kesehatan mental dan sosial para santri. Model yang digunakan yaitu model persamaan simultan dengan metode 2SLS (Two Stage Least Square) digunakan untuk menganalisis masing-masing fungsi persamaan di dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upah minimum provinsi berdampak pada peningkatan inflasi dan penawaran tenaga kerja dan berdampak pada penurunan permintaan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Aceh. Secara ekonomi, hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa untuk masing-masing variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi inflasi, upah minimum provinsi, penawaran dan permintaan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Aceh belum semua sesuai dengan tanda (sign) koefisien yang diharapkan dan di setiap persamaan hanya variabel jumlah penduduk yang berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap penawaran tenaga kerja, sedangkan variabel-variabel lain tidak berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap variabel endogennya. IMPACT OF MINIMUM WAGE ENHANCEMENT OF THE PROVINCE OF INFLATION AND MARKET IN ACEH PROVINCENura Syahriani / Agribusiness UnsyiahABSTRACTThis research was conducted in the province of Aceh. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect inflation, the provincial minimum wage, labor supply and labor demand in the Province during the period from 1998 to 2012. The data used in this study is secondary data time series obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Aceh, Department of Labor and Population Mobility Aceh, Department of Trade and Industry Aceh and Aceh Pertamina. The model used is the model of simultaneous equations by the method of 2SLS (Two Stage Least Square) is used to analyze the function of each equation in this study. The results showed that the provincial minimum wage impact on inflation and the increase in labor supply and the impact on the demand for labor in the province. Economically, the regression results indicate that for each of the variables that affect inflation, the provincial minimum wage, labor supply and demand in the province of Aceh has not been all in accordance with the sign the expected coefficients and variables in each equation only population significant effect on labor supply, whereas the other variables did not significantly affect the endogenous variables.
