Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mempelajari studi hidrodinamika dan perpindahan massa. Studi hidrodinamika yang dipelajari antara lain kedalaman penetrasi gelembung, holdup gas, dan gas entrainment. Perpindahan massa yang dipelajari antara lain koefisien perpindahan massa volumetrik keseluruhan, dan efisiensi reduksi amonia. Variabel proses yang dipelajari antara lain konsentrasi limbah (90-300 mg/L), laju alir volumetrik cairan (10-50 L/menit), ukuran diameter nozzle (0,008-0,0127 m) dan tinggi nozzle terhadap permukaan cairan (0,125-0,25 m). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa laju alir volumetrik cairan dan ukuran diameter nozzle sangat berpengaruh terhadap laju alir volumetrik gas entrainment, holdup gas, dan kedalaman penetrasi gelembung, dimana semakin besar laju alir volumetrik cairan menghasikan laju alir volumetrik gas entrainment, holdup gas, dan kedalaman penetrasi gelembung semakin besar, dan semakin kecil ukuran diameter nozzle menghasilkan laju alir volumetrik gas entrainment, holdup gas, dan kedalaman penetrasi gelembung semakin besar. Laju alir volumetrik gas entrainment dapat menghasilkan efek yang sangat signifikan terhadap koefisien perpindahan massa volumetrik keseluruhan dan efisiensi reduksi amonia, sedangkan konsentrasi amonia dan laju alir volumetrik cairan tidak menghasilkan efek yang signifikan terhadap koefisien perpindahan massa volumetrik keseluruhan dan efisiensi reduksi amonia. Laju alir volumetrik gas entrainment yang semakin besar menghasilkan koefisien perpindahan massa volumetrik keseluruhan semakin besar. Data primer terdiri dari data karakteristik parkir. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey (cordon counts) dan metode analisis data. Hasil analisis volume parkir tertinggi dan permintaan parkir tertinggi terjadi pada Biro Rektor, FKIP Prodi Biologi dan Fakultas Hukum yang tergabung dalam satu gedung terlihat lebih tinggi dari volume parkir dan permintaan parkir fakultas yang lain. Diprediksikan untuk kebutuhan ruang parkir 5 tahun yang akan datang, Universitas Samudra (Unsam) ini akan menghadapi masalah kekurangan ruang parkir kendaraan roda 2 dan kendaraan roda 4. Oleh karena itu diperlukan perencanaan dan penataan serta manajemen perparkiran untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut.
