Penyakit ini disebut sebagai the silent killer karena hipertensi sering tidak menimbulkan gejala, sementara tekanan darah yang terus menerus tinggi tanpa diobati dalam jangka waktu lama dapat menimbulkan komplikasi. Hipertensi dan komplikasinya merupakan penyebab kematian secara global. Kualitas tidur buruk dapat menyebabkan terjadinya hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas tidur terhadap kejadian hipertensi pada pasien rawat jalan di Poliklinik Penyakit Dalam BLUD RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Desain: Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Metode: Metode pengambilan sampel adalah dengan consecutive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 81 orang dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer menggunakan kuesioner Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) yang digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas tidur responden dengan wawancara terpimpin yang berpedoman pada kuesioner. The research type used is verificative research by using census method.The target population of this research is listed companies from the manufacturing sector at the Indonesia Stock Exchange which have positive earnings, operating cash flow, free cash flow and pay cash dividend both current year and last year. After being selected, there are 11 companies as target population. Because this research is done for five years, the total observations are 55. Vierh.ABSTRACT. Avicennia marina seed has been classified a highly recalcitrant that need the right handling for maintaining seed viability. The objective og this study was to investigate physiological, biochemical, anatomical changes at various drying rate, fast, medium and slow drying. Seed moisture content, germination percentage, speed of germination, index of vigor, time to reach 50% germination, electrolyte leachates, oligosaccharide content were determined, and anatomical of embryonic axes was observed at various times durng desiccation. The result of the experiment show that the moisture content of A. marina seed was 60.75-64.67% at shedding. Time to reach the lowest moisture content (32-33%) at fast, medium and slow drying were 6, 10 and 14 days, respectively. First and final count in germination test were 13 and 22 days. Critical moisture content of seed based on time to reach 50% viability (P50) were 37.25, 43.28, and 45.92% for fast, medium and slow drying, respectively. The critical moisture content based on speed of germination were 36.51, 42.47, and 45.01% for fast, medium and slow drying, respectively. Spesimen dikelompokkan menjadi 3 kelompok (n10): kelompok A (kelompok kontrol), kelompok B (bleaching H2O2 30% selama 30 menit) dan kelompok C (bleaching H2O2 30% selama 60 menit). Microleakage diamati menggunakan stereomikroskop. Data yang diperoleh dikategorikan ke dalam skoring microleakage dan dianalisis menggunakan Mann-whitney. Hasil analisa statistik menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna pada microleakage resin komposit mikrohibrid setelah aplikasi hidrogen peroksida 30% selama 30 menit dan 60 menit (P > 0 05) Namun hasil pengamatan di bawah stereomikroskop terlihat ada perbedaan antara microleakage setelah aplikasi hidrogen peroksida 30% selama 30 menit dan 60 menu.
