Metode penelitian menggunakan analisa regresi berganda, objek penelitian mengenai pengaruh kompetensi dan fungsi pemimpin terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Bidang Kedokteran dan Kesehatan Polda Aceh, dengan responden sebanyak 110 orang. The research method uses multiple regression analysis, the object of research on the effects of competence and functions of the leader on the performance of health personnel in the Field of Medicine and Health Aceh Police, with the respondents as many as 110 people. The results showed that the coefficient of determination by the calculation results obtained R2 value of 0.355 which means that the influence of competency and function of a leader is 0.355 or 35.5% and the remaining 64.5% is the influence of other factors not examined in this study.The test results of correlation (R) obtained a value of 0.596 which indicates the degree of relationship (correlation) between the independent variables with the dependent variable of 59.6% which means that the competence and functions of the leader has a very close relationship with the performance of health workers of Medicine and Health Sector (Biddokkes) Police in Aceh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 14 perusahaan yang termasuk dalam Indeks BISNIS-27 di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2012. Dipilih secara purposive sampling dengan kriteria (1) perusahaan yang masih listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2010 sampai 2012, (2) tercatat sebagai emiten yang masih terdaftar dalam Indeks BISNIS-27 sejak tahun 2010 sampai 2012 secara berturut-turut melaporkan laporan keuangannya, (3) perusahaan yang sahamnya aktif diperdagangkan di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear berganda, uji statistik F, dan uji statistik t. Hasil penelitian membuktikan secara parsial bahwa DER berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PBV, PER berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PBV, DPR berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap PBV dan ROA berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PBV. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan secara simultan DER, PER, DPR dan ROA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PBV. Selain itu diperoleh nilai R square sebesar 0,662. Ini berarti 66,2% pergerakan nilai perusahaan dapat diprediksi dari pergerakan keempat variabel independen tersebut. Kata Kunci : Rasio Hutang terhadap Ekuitas, Rasio Harga Saham terhadap Laba, Rasio Pembayaran Dividen, Tingkat Pengembalian Aset Dan Rasio Harga Saham terhadap Nilai Buku.ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the effect of the funding policy of the company (DER),the investment policy of the company (PER), the dividend policy of the company (DPR) and company performance (ROA) on company value (PBV). The sample used in this study were 14companies included in the index BUSINESS-27 in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 until 2012. Selected by purposive sampling with criteria (1) companies that are still listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2010 to 2012, (2) the issuer is still listed as registered in BUSINESS-27 Index from 2010 to 2012 respectively reported financial statements, (3)companies whose shares are actively traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of the study. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression method, F statistical test, and t test statistics. The result of this research proven partially that DER has positive and significant effect on PBV, PER has positive and significant effect on PBV, the DPR has no significant positive effect on PBV and ROA has positive and significant effect on PBV. This study also proves simultaneously DER, PER, the DPR and ROA significantly influence PBV. Also obtained R square value of 0.662. This means that 66.2% movement of company value can be predicted from the movement of the four independent variables. Perawat merupakan profesi tenaga medis yang paling sering berinteraksi dengan pasien, dan dalam menjalankan peran, fungsi dan tugasnya perawat tidak saja menghadapi orang yang sedang sakit, tetapi juga berhadapan dengan berbagai masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, masa kerja, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, dan mekanisme koping dengan stres kerja di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian deskriptif korelatif dan cara pengambilan sampel Non Probability Sampling berdasarkan teknik Accidental Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan tanggal 3 sampai 7 Oktober 2013 terhadap 78 responden dengan kuesioner yang disusun dalam bentuk isian, checklist, dan skala likert. Hasil penelitian diperoleh stres kerja pada perawat ruangan sebagian besar pada kategori stres menengah dengan jumlah 54 responden (69,2 %). Pada pengujian hipotesis didapatkan hubungan yang sangat lemah antara umur(rs 0,127), jenis kelamin (rs 0,107), pendidikan (rs -0,185), masa kerja (rs 0,028), mekanisme koping (rs 0,246) dengan stres kerja pada perawat, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis didapatkan hubungan yang lemah antara jumlah tanggungan keluarga(rs 0,313) dengan stres kerja pada perawat.
