Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling diperoleh 20 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian.Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhdap kebijakan dividen, sedangkan kepemilikan asing berpengaruh negatif terhadap kebijakan dividen, hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia umumnya memiliki Struktur Kepemilikan yang terkonsentrasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa struktur kepemilikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa efek Indonesia.Kata Kunci : Struktur Kepemilikan, Dividend payout ratio, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilkan asing ABSTRACTThe study aims to determine the effect of ownership structure on dividend policy. The population of this study is the registered companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the 2009-2013 period. By using purposive sampling method, 20 companies was selected in the study.The results obtained by using the model of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the institutional ownership positively and significantly affected dividend policy, while foreign ownership negatively affected the dividend policy. The results of this study also showed that companies in Indonesia generally adopted concentrated ownership structure. Based on the results, this study concluded that the ownership structure has positive and significant effect on the dividend policy on listed the companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange.Keywords: Ownership Structure, Dividend payout ratio, institutional ownership, foreign ownership. Sifat beton dipengaruhi oleh bahan pembentuknya dan semen salah satunya. Semen yang digunakan untuk pekerjaan beton harus disesuaikan dengan rencana kekuatan dan spesifikasi teknik yang diberikan. Pemilihan tipe semen mudah dilakukan karena semen dapat langsung diambil dari sumbernya (pabrik). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan semen Andalas tipe PCC dan semen Andalas tipe PC I terhadap kuat tekan beton dengan variasi nilai Faktor Air Semen (FAS) dan umur pengerasan. Perencanaan campuran beton menggunakan metode American Concrete Institute 211.1-91.Ukuran maksimum agregat adalah 31,5 mm. Benda uji yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah silinder beton berdiameter 15 cm dan tinggi 30 cm. Pada penelitian ini umur pengujian kuat tekan adalah 3, 7, 14, 21 dan 28 hari dengan variasi FAS 0,5. Jumlah sampel untuk semua variasi FAS pada setiap pengujian kuat tekan beton adalah 15 buah benda uji untuk masing-masing tipe semen. Dari hasil penelitian terhadap kuat tekan rata-rata beton menggunakan semen Type I pada umur 3 hari 149,96 kg/cm2, 7 hari 210,32 kg/cm2, 14 hari 242,39 kg/cm2, 21 hari 274,45 kg/cm2 dan 28 hari 296,15 kg/cm2. Sedangkan untuk semen PCC kuat tekan rata-rata beton pada umur 3 hari 103,75 kg/cm2, 7 hari 144,30 kg/cm2, 14 hari 176,37 kg/cm2, 21 hari 198,06 kg/cm2, dan 28 hari 225,41 kg/cm2. Faktor kedua varietas kedelai yang terdiri dari varietas Kipas Merah dan Tanggamus. Parameter yang diamati antara lain potensi tumbuh maksimum (PTM), daya berkecambah (DB), keserempakan tumbuh (KST), indeks vigor (IV), kecepatan tumbuh relatif (KCT-R), waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai 50% perkecambahan total (T50) benih dan berat kering kecambah normal (BKKN). Kambing lokal merupakan salah satu jenis ternak ruminansia kecil penghasil daging dan susu. Hasil penelitian terdahulu menyatakan bahwa penurunan produktivitas ternak kambing lokal dialami oleh hampir setiap daerah di Indonesia. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah faktor genetik, dan lingkungan. Untuk mengantisipasi permasalahan tersebut, khususnya di Aceh perlu dilakukan suatu program perbaikan produksi dan mutu genetik sehingga pada gilirannya akan menghasilkan ternak kambing lokal yang berkualitas. Berbagai upaya yang perlu dilakukan di antaranya adalah penerapan teknologi reproduksi yang diperoleh dari berbagai penelitian sebelumnya. Pemanfaatan duktus epididimis yang dilaporkan mengandung molekul dan senyawa aktif seperti lipid, CRISP1, SPAG11e, DEFB126, carbonyl reductase P34H, CD52, dan GPR64 perlu diaplikasikan pada ternak seperti kambing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak duktus epididimis terhadap peningkatan bobot badan, bobot testis, dan bobot duktus epididimis serta kualitas spermatozoa kambing lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan 12 ekor kambing lokal jantan berumur sekitar 1,5 tahun yang dikelompokkan secara acak ke dalam empat kelompok (K0, K1, K2, dan K3). Sebelum perlakuan kambing terlebih dahulu ditimbang untuk mendapatkan bobot badan awal. Kelompok K0 adalah sebagai kontrol, sedangkan kelompok K1, K2, dan K3 diinjeksi dengan ekstrak duktus epididimis dengan dosis masing-masing adalah 1, 2, dan 3 ml/ekor yang diberikan selama 13 hari. Pada akhir perlakuan semua hewan coba ditimbang kembali lalu semennya dikoleksi menggunakan elektroejakulator dan dilakukan pengamatan kualitas spermatozoa. Selanjutnya hewan coba dikastrasi, kemudian testis dan duktus epididimisnya juga dikoleksi dan ditimbang menggunakan timbangan digital. Hasil uji statistik dengan ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) membuktikan bahwa bobot badan kambing menunjukkan perbedaan yang nyata (P0,05) antara kelompok kontrol dengan kelompok perlakuan. Pada hasil penelitian ini terbukti bahwa pemberian ekstrak duktus epididimis dengan dosis 2-3 ml/ekor dapat meningkatkan bobot badan kambing lokal secara signifikan, sedangkan pada bobot testis, dan duktus epididimis serta kualitas spermatozoa juga terlihat adanya peningkatan namun tidak secara signifikan. The previous of studies stated that the productivity decline of local goats experienced by many region in Indonesia. The factors that influence those condition are genetic and environmental factors. To anticipate the problems, especially in Aceh Province, a program of for genetic improvement to increase production and quality of local goat are important to be done. Various efforts are needed such as the application of reproductive technology that reported at previous studies. The ductus epididymis is the sperm duct that contain several molecules and active compounds such as lipids, CRISP1, SPAG11e, DEFB126, carbonyl reductase P34H, CD52, and GPR64 where its potency were impotant to applicated in the local goat.The objective of this study was to find out the effect of epididymal duct extract giving on increasing of body weight, testicle weight, and ductus epididymis weight and also sperm quality in the local goat. Twelve male local goat aged 1,5 years old were used in this study. All local goat were grouped randomly into four groups (K0, K1, K2, and K3). Prior the treatment, all goats were weighed to obtain the initial body weight. The K0 was control group whereas the treatment groups (K1, K2, and K3) were injected with epididymal duct extract with different dosage, that was 1, 2, and 3 ml/goat for 13 days. At the end of the treatment, all goat were weighed again to find out the final body weight. To examined quality of spermatozoa, the semen was collected by using an electroejaculator. Furthermore, castration procedure was perform to collect the testis and ductus epididymis and then weighed by digital balance.Based on statistical ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) the body weight of local goat of K0 significantly different (P0,05) between control group and treatment groups. The Results of this study showed that the administration of ductus epididymis extract with dosage 2-3 ml/goat has increased the body weight of local goat, but not significantly effect to testes, and ductus epididymis weight, and also quality of spermatozoa. Perlakuan pada penelitian ini terdiri atas A sebagai kontrol negatif (diberi akuades), B sebagai Kontrol positif (75 mg/kg bb aloksan dan diinkubasi selama 21 hari), C (100 mg/kg BB ekstrak daun lidah buaya (Aloe vera) selama 21 hari dan 75 mg/kg BB aloksan), D (300 mg/kg BB ekstrak daun lidah buaya (Aloe vera) selama 21 hari dan 75 mg/kg BB aloksan) dan E (500 mg/kg bb ekstrak daun lidah buaya (Aloe vera) selama 21 hari dan 75 mg/kg BB aloksan). Data dianalisis menggunakan analisa varian dan dilanjutkan dengan uji jarak berganda Duncan pada selang kepercayaan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak lidah buaya (Aloe vera) berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap kadar glukosa darah tikus hiperglikemik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak lidah buaya (Aloe vera) sebanyak 100, 300, 500 mg/kg BB selama 21 hari efektif menurunkan kadar glukosa darah pada tikus hiperglikemik dan pemberian ekstrak lidah buaya (Aloe vera) dengan dosis 500 mg/kg BB selama 21 hari dapat menurunkan proposi nekrosa sel ? pankreas dengan persentase 48%.Kata Kunci : Hiperglikemik, Sel ?, Aloe vera.
