The study was aimed at determining the phenotypic diversity of several varieties of soybean in North Aceh. The experiment was arranged in a non-factorial randomized complete block design. Varieties consisted of six varieties of soybean, namely Kipas Merah, Gamasugen 1, Muria, Mitani, Rajabasa dan Mutiara 1. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance and followed by Least Significant Difference Test. Results showed that variety exerted high significant effect on the characters of a number of branches, number of pods, number of seeds per plant, seed weight per plant, weight of 100 grains, and grain weight per plot, but did not significantly affect plant height at 2, 3, 4, 5 week after planting and height at harvest.  The highest heritability values was found at a weight of 100 seeds (0.95) and the lowest at plant height (0.28).  Mutiara 1 can be used as an alternative for farmers besides Kipas Merah, because Mutiara 1 produced a high yield and had the largest seed. The purpose of this research induced somaclonal variation in four Chrysanthemum (Dendranthema grandiflora Tzvelev) cultivars by using colchisine through in vitro culture. The research design was factorial completely randomized design with ten replications. The first factor consisted of four Chrysanthemum cultivars namely Fiji White, Puma Putih, Fiji Dark and Stroika. The second factor comprised of six levels treatment of colchicine concentrations i.e. 0, 0.01, 0.025, 0.05, 0.075 and 0.1% w/v. The result showed that the growth of plantlet after treatment of colchicines much slower than control. The treatment of colchicines was reducing the shot initiation, plantlet high, number of leaves and nodes, number of roots and roots length but increased leaf chlorophyll content. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepala sekolah telah membuat program perencanaan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru. Program peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru yaitu memberikan izin kepada guru untuk melanjutkan kuliah, mengadakan pelatihan menyediakan bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan kurikulum yang berlaku. Pelaksanaan program peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru dengan cara mewajibkan setiap guru bidang studi untuk membuat perangkat pembelajaran sesuai dengan kurikulum yang terbaru, menyesuaikan perkembangan buku pegangan guru bidang studi, membuat jadwal supervisi. The populations are manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the four years (2009-2012). By using census method and balanced panel data, there are 76 firm observations fulfilling the population criteria. To analyzing the data of this study uses standardized multiple regression models. Dengan menggunakan metode sensus dan balanced panel data, diperoleh 76 observasi yang memenuhi kriteria populasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model regresi berganda yang distandarkan.
