Penambahan animasi pada e-learning menjadikan aplikasi ini menjadi lebih menarik. E-learning merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran yang menggunakan peralatan digital sebagai medianya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran pecahan berbasis multimedia untuk siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Pembuatan media pembelajaran ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap, yaitu pemilihan materi, studi literatur, perancangan aplikasi, pembuatan antarmuka pengguna, pengeditan gambar menggunakan Adobe Photoshop CS4, pembuatan tree menu, pengisian materi menggunakan Adobe Flash CS4, penambahan tombol navigasi, perekaman audio, pengeditan audio, penambahan animasi, pengujian aplikasi dan penulisan laporan. Aplikasi media pembelajaran ini dibangun sebagai alat bantu ajar yang dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran pecahan untuk siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar.Elemen multimedia yang diterapkan dalam media pembelajaran ini adalah teks, gambar, animasi dan audio. Gabungan beberapa elemen ini dapat menghasilkan aplikasi yang lebih baik dibandingkan yang hanya menggunakan dua media saja, misalnya teks dan gambar.Diharapkan dari penelitian ini kemampuan menghitung pecahan siswa kelas IV akan meningkat karena menggunakan metode pembelajaran berbasis multimedia, dibuat berdasarkan hal-hal yang sering ditemukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dan penggunaan animasi sebagai pelengkap dalam memudahkan siswa dalam memahami pecahan, serta belajar lebih aktif. Pengetahuan pasien tentang pemeliharaan kebersihan gigi tiruan lepasan akrilik akan mempengaruhi sikap dan tindakan pasien dalam memelihara kebersihan gigi tiruan yang kemudian akan menentukan keberhasilan perawatan gigi tiruan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan pasien tentang pemeliharaan kebersihan gigi tiruan lepasan akrilik di Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut Universitas Syiah Kuala. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif. Jumlah subjek adalah 36 orang pasien yang menggunakan gigi tiruan lepasan akrilik dengan teknik pengambilan subjek menggunakan total sampling. Kecamatan Indrapuri merupakan salah satu kawasan yang memiliki ragam usahatani salah satunya adalah usahatani padi,diantaranya petani yang melakukan usahatani padi, sebagiannya adalah pegawai negeri sipil. Motivasi pegawai padi sawah adalah suatu dorongan atau rangsangan pegawai untuk melakukan usahatani padi sawah secara efektif untuk mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan. Dimana Motivasi pegawai di Kecamatan Indrapuri di pengaruhi oleh dua faktor yaitu fakto internal dan faktor eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi pegawai dalam berusahatani padi sawah, dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi pegawai dalam berusahatani padi sawah . Motivasi petani ditentukan berdasarkan sistem skor dengan menggunakan lima indikator dengan nilai rata-rata 1,8 dan menggunakan analisis korelasi dengan menggunakan sembilan variabel. Serta juga menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pegawai di Kecamatan Indrapuri memiliki tingkat motivasi sedang. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan motivasi pegawai di Kecamatan indrapuri adalah umur, pendapatan, pengeluaran, jumlah tanggungan, modal, dan luas lahan. Sub District of Indrapuri is one of area that has kind of farm enterprises that one was rice farming, among of farmer who performs farming of rice plant, some of them were servants. Motivation of servant of rice plant was a drive or stimulation of servant to perform rice farm enterprises effectively to get satisfying results. Where servant motivation in Sub District of Indrapuri is influenced by two factors they are internal and external factors. This study is aims to find out the extent of servant motivation in rice plant farm enterprises and to find out factors influence the servant motivation in farm enterprises of rice plant. Servant motivation was determined based on score system by using five indicators with average value 1,8 and using correlation analysis by nine variables. And also using the analysis descriptive methods. These study results indicated that servant in Sub District Indrapuri have motivation level is moderate. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian, antara lain metodeeksperimen yaitu dilakukan pengeringan bahan baku, variasi komposisi sampel,pencetakan dan pengujian secara langsung kepada briket. Briket yang didapatkankemudian dianalisis terhadap hasil pencetakan briket, nilai kalor briket dan nilaiefisiensi pembakaran briket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai kalor tertinggiadalah pada sampel 1 dengan tekanan 10 ton sebanyak 21067 kal/g denganpanjang briket 5,5 cm serta nilai rapat massa 1,03 g/cm3 dengan efisiensipembakaran briket 3%. Sedangkan nilai kalor terendah pada sampel 6 yaitu 8219kal/g, panjang briket 6,05 cm serta kerapatan massa 0,94 g/cm3 dengan nilaiefisiensi 8%. Perbedaan nilai kalor tersebut disebabkan pembakaran pada bombkalorimeter tidak dipengaruhi tekanan pencetakan tetapi dipengaruhi olehkomposisi dan ukuran partikel sampel.
