Study of coinoculation between rhizobium and solubilizing phosphate bacteria was done in greenhouse. The aim of the study to find their effect to seedling growth of sengon in Ultisol and Inceptisol. The study used factorial split plot design and three replication. As a treatment were kind of soil and inoculation of rhizobium and phosphate solubilizing bacteria. As a control was not inoculation, with nitrogen fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer. The result showed that co-inoculation between rhizobium and phosphate solubilizing bacteria could enhance seedling growth of sengon in Ultisol and Inceptisol. As compared between co-inoculation and inoculation with rhizobium or phosphate solubilizing alone, showed that the similar result in Ultisol. While Inceptisol, inoculation with Rhizobium and phosphate solubilizing bacteria better than co-inoculation. Metode partisipatif digunakan untuk kapal yang dijadikan sampel dan diamati serta diambil data tentang jarak jelajah kapal dan jumlah bahan bakar yang dikonsumsi. Tiga kapal yang dijadikan sampel masing-masing berbobot 30 GT yaitu kapal Banda Aceh, kapal Pidie, dan kapal Idi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan jarak jelajah 200 mil laut kapal Idi dengan lebar lambung (B = 5,4 meter) adalah kapal yang paling banyak menghabiskan bahan bakar, yaitu sebanyak 732,04 liter, kapal Pidie (B = 5,15 meter) 666,15 liter, dan kapal Banda Aceh (B = 5 meter) paling sedikit menghabiskan bahan bakar sebanyak 629,81 liter. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kapal Banda Aceh dengan lebar lambung (B = 5 meter) menghabiskan bahan bakar lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan kapal Idi (B = 5,4 meter) dan kapal Pidie (B = 5,15 meter). Pada tahun 2030 diperkirakan akan menduduki peringkat ketiga. Provinsi Aceh merupakan daerah dengan penderita PPOK terbanyak dari seluruh Indonesia (4,3%) dan mempunyai prevalensi yang lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan prevalensi nasional (3,7%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pola makan dengan fungsi paru pasien PPOK di Poliklinik Paru RSUD dr Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini analitik observasional dengan desain cross sectional survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara Accidendal Sampling, penilaian pola makan menggunakan kuesioner FFQ dan fungsi paru menggunakan Peak Flow Meter. Hasil selama penelitian terhadap 30 responden didapatkan penderita PPOK memiliki pola makan yang salah sebesar 80% dan penderita PPOK memiliki fungsi paru yang tidak normal sebesar 96,7%. Hasil uji Fisher exactst test pada CI 95% dan ? 0,05 yang didapatkan P Value 0,200 dengan (P > 0,05). Kesimpulannya, tidak terdapat hubungan antara pola makan dengan fungsi paru pasien PPOK di Poliklinik Paru RSUD dr Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. In 2030 is expected to be ranked third. Aceh province was the region with the largest COPD patients from all over Indonesia (4.3%) and had a higher prevalence when compared to the national prevalence (3.7%). This study aims to determine the relationship of diet and lung function in patients with COPD Lung Clinic dr Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. This type of observational analytic research with cross sectional survey design. Accidendal sampling techniques Sampling, assessment using questionnaires FFQ diet and lung function using the Peak Flow Meter. Results for study of 30 respondents found patients with COPD have a wrong diet and 80% of COPD patients had abnormal lung function of 96.7%. Exactst test Fisher results in CI 95% and ? 0.05 obtained with P Value 0.200 (P> 0.05).
