Based on the overall population, obtained 21 observation data. The data used in this research is secondary data, from retail sukuk trading reports and retail bonds obtained from www.icamel.com and profit sharing ratio of deposits through www.bi.go.id.Multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study show that the price of retail sukuk sr-005, profit sharing ratio of Islamic banking deposits, and Indonesian retail bond prices 009 jointly affect the level of demand for retail sukuk sr-005. The level of teacher performance related to organizational climate and job satisfaction of teachers in performing their duties. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate on teacher performance, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance and to determine the effect of organizational climate and job satisfaction on the performance of teachers. The method used in this study are correlational survey, while data collection used questionnaires to variable organizational climate, job satisfaction and performance of teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Lhokseumawe. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling of 51 respondents. The results of this study it can be concluded that the organizational climate is directly significant effect on the level of teacher performance. The amount of direct influence of organizational climate on teacher performance is (0.7401&gt; 0.2759) = 55%. Job satisfaction is directly significant effect on the level of teacher performance. The amount of job satisfaction directly influences the performance of teachers is (0.7192&gt; 2.759) = 51.73%. Organizational climate and job satisfaction jointly direct and significant impact on the level of teacher performance. The magnitude of the effect of organizational climate and job satisfaction together with the teacher's performance in school is (0.7994&gt; 0.2759) = 63.9% theoretical The model developed in this study turned out to have been tested empirically on a junior secondary school in Lhokseumawe at significant level, meaning an empirical model of organizational climate and job satisfaction can be received as a model teacher performance.Keywords: Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction and Teacher Performance.Abstrak: Iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengruhi kinerja guru. Tinggi rendahnya kinerja guru berhubungan dengan iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja guru dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei korelasional, sedangkan pengumpulan datanya dipergunakan kuisioner terhadap variabel iklim organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru di madrasah tsanawiyah se Kota Lhokseumawe. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah stratifietrandom sampling terhadap 51 responden. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa iklim organisasi secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tinggi rendahnya kinerja guru. Besarnya pengaruh iklim organisasi secara langsung terhadap kinerja guru adalah (0,7401 &gt; 0,2759) = 55 %.Kepuasan kerja secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tinggi rendahnya kinerja guru. Besarnya pengaruh kepuasan kerja secara langsung terhadap kinerja guru adalah (0,7192 &gt; 2,759) = 51,73%.Iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap tinggi rendahnya kinerja guru. Chemical and physical treatments have been attempted to improve the utilization of agro industrial wastes, but the result is not efficient and caused pollution. Besides, biological treatments using the microbes have been used to improve the nutritive value and utilization of agro industrial wastes. The current experiment was conducted to find out the optimal ratio of fermented rice straw, fermented rice bran and fermented tapioca waste. There were five kinds of ratio of fermented rice straw, fermented rice bran and fermented tapioca waste, namely: K1 (70% fermented rice straw + 15% fermented rice bran + fermented tapioca waste), K2 (60% fermented rice straw + 20% fermented rice bran + 20% fermented tapioca waste), K3 (50% fermented rice straw + 25% fermented rice bran + 25% fermented tapioca waste), K4 (40% fermented rice straw + 30% fermented rice bran + 30% fermented tapioca waste) and K5 (30% fermented rice straw + 35% fermented rice bran + 35% fermented tapioca waste) An in vitro technique, using completely Randomize Block Design was applied and each treatment was repeated four times. Variables measured were Dry matter and Organic matter digestibility and rumen fermentation products (volatile fatty acid and N-NH3 concentration). The dry matter digestibility of K1, K2, K3, k4 and K5 was 29.39, 31.27, 32.33, 33.71 and 34.82%, respectively. The organic matter digestibility of K1, K2, K3, K4 and 5 was 30.82, 31.27, 32.73, 34.94, and 34.92, respectively. Volatile fatty acid concentrations of K1, K2, K3, K4 and K5 were 95.19, 91.77, 87.21, 104.31, 106.59 mM/l, respectively. N-NH3 concentrations of K1, K2, K3, K4 and K5 were 0.97, 0.93, 0.93, 1.00, 1.04 mM/l, respectively. Significant difference (P<0.01) was only found in dry matter digestibility among treatments, while others variables were not significantly different among treatments. It was indicated that the optimal ratio was K4. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan 12 ekor tikus jantan, galur Sprague Dawley, umur ±3 bulan yang dibagi dalam tiga kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol tanpa implant (K1), kelompok implan porous tantalum (K2), dan kelompok implan porous tantalum berlapis hidroksiapatit (K3).
