Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder dalam bentuk data Time Series dari tahun 2004-2014 dengan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor- faktor yang dominan menyebabkan terjadinya fragmentasi lahan persawahan adalah faktor jual lahan sawah sebesar 45%, gadai lahan sawah sebesar 35%, pewarisan lahan sawah sebesar 10%, pewarisan sekaligus penjualan lahan sawah sebesar 10%. Mikrostruktur pasar Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) didasarkan kepada sistem emerging market-order driven yang mana berbeda dari pasar-pasar berkembang. Kemudian, penelitian ini berkaitan dengan saham-saham berkapitalisasi rendah diperdagangkan pada harga Rp200 sampai dengan kurang dari Rp500, dimana saham-saham tersebut sebelumnya diperdagangkan pada fraksi harga Rp5. Saham-saham berkapitalisasi rendah pada umumnya diperdagangkan kurang efisien secara informasi dan sebagian besar tidak dilibatkan oleh kalangan analis investor. Sehingga, mispricing dapat saja muncul dalam perdagangan yang tidak likuid dan para trader akan terjatuh dalam efisiensi perdagangan yang secara informasi lemah. Dengan menggunakan Ordinary Least Square (OLS) dan Regresi Kuantil, kami menemukan fraksi hargaminimum secara tidak signifikan mempengaruhi efisiensi harga kapitalisasi rendah dan secara parsial mempengaruhi biaya ekskeusi. Fraksi harga minimum secara signifikan mempengaruhi rata-rata biaya eksekusi, tetapi secara tidak signifikan mempengaruhi median biaya eksekusi. Kemudian, dengan menggunakan General Linear Model (GLM), kami menemukan perbedaan yangtidak signifikan tingkat efisiensi harga kapitalisasi rendah antara sebelum penerapan fraksi harga minimum dan sesudah penerapan fraksi harga minimum. Kami juga menemukan perbedaan yang signifikan tingkat biaya eksekusi antarasebelum penerapan fraksi harga minimum dan sesudah penerapan fraksi harga minimum. Penemuan ini berkontribusi dalam mengevalusasi keefektifan kebijakan fraksi harga minimum dan kualitas pasar dalam perdagangan sahamkapitalisasi rendah. Taufan Alwi Description An account of the resource The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of free cash flow, cash position, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets toward dividend payout ratio. The sample which used was secondary data from The Indonesian Stock Exchange, is an annual report listing the banking companies 2009-2012. Samples were taken by purposive sampling and which meet the criteria is 37 annual report of banking companies. The analysis technique which used was multiple linear regressions using SPSS 21. This study uses two variables such as dependent variable and independent variable. The dependent variable is dividend payout ratio and the independent variables are free cash flow, cash position, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets. The result of this study on simultaneous testing (F test) showed that the variable free cash flow, cash position, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets significant positive effect toward dividend payout ratio. Faktor pertama adalah frekuensi pengolahan tanah yang terdiri atas T0= Tanpa olah tanah, T1= Olah tanah 1 kali, T2= Olah tanah 2 kali, sedangkan faktor yang kedua adalah dosis pupuk kieseriete yang terdiri dari D1= 260 kg ha-1, D2= 360 kg ha-1, dan D3= 460 kg ha-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi pengolahan tanah berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah polong bernas pertanaman. Jumlah polong bernas lebih banyak dijumpai pada frekuensi olah tanah 1 kali. Dosis pupuk kieseriete berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah polong bernas pertanaman, sedangkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang produktif, berat berangkasan basah, berat berangkasan kering dan bobot 100 butir kedelai berpengaruh tidak nyata. Jumlah polong bernas terbaik dijumpai pada dosis pupukkieseriete 360 kg ha-1.Terdapat interaksi yang sangat nyata antara frekuensi pengolahan tanah dengan dosis pupuk kieseriete terhadap tinggi tanaman 45 HSTdan interaksi yang tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 15 dan 30 HST. The first factor was Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi doses, consisted of 4 levels: 0, 20, 40, and 60 g Pot-1. The second factor was compost doses, consisted of 4 levels: 0, 75, 150, and 225 g Pot-1. Variables measured were pH value, available P, and organic C soil. The results showed that compost doses gave significantly effect on pH value, available P and C-organic soil.  Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi doses increased the pH value, available P and organic C compared to without the fungi. There was a significant interaction between Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi doses and compost doses on pH value and available P. Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi dose of 60 g pot -1 and compost dose of 150 g pot-1 was able to increase the pH value. Fungicides consisted of three levels and packaging materials consisted of three levels. The results showed that fungicide Benlate exerted a significant effect on cocoa seed viability. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidrodinamika terhadap konsentrasi sedimen melayang. Untuk memenuhi data yang diperlukan digunakan 3 alat pengukuran yaitu Infinity WH Water Level Recorder untuk mengukur elevasi muka air (meter), Infinity AEM Current Meter untuk mengukur arah (0) dan kecepatan arus (cm/s), serta Infinity Turbidity Meter untuk mengukur kadar kekeruhan (FTU). Penelitian ini dimulai dengan setting alat pengukuran dengan frekuensi 10 Hz untuk kemudian dipasangkan ke frame dan ditenggelamkan ke dasar laut. durasi waktu untuk pengukuran masing-masing alat adalah 2x24jam + 1jam untuk memenuhi frekuensi harmonik pasang surut M2 (0,0805 siklus perjam) dan K1 (0,0418 siklus perjam). Data yang didapatkan setelah pengangkatan alat, di analisa dengan bantuan software fortran melalui persamaan Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT). Hasil dari analisa akan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik pengaruh gaya hidrodinamika terhadap parameter yang mempengaruhi pergerakan sedimen menggunakan Power Spectral Density (PSD). Dari penelitian ini dapat dilihat tegangan geser yang terjadi akibat arus pasang surut 0.074 N/m2tidak mampu menggerakkan butiran sedimen dengan tegangangeserkritisarus yang minimum 0.192 N/m2.
