Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan teknik LIBS dalam mendeteksi logam besi (Fe) dalam tanah yang pernah dilanda tsunami tsunami di Aceh dan garis-garis emisi Fe yang mana saja yang dapat dijadikan sebagai garis analit. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik LIBS mampu mendeteksi kehadiran logam besi (Fe) dalam tanah yang pernah dilanda tsunami di Aceh. This study aims to determine how the ability of LIBS technique to detect an iron (Fe) in the soil that has been hit by the tsunami in Aceh and emission lines Fe whichever analyte can be used as a line. The results shows which Fe line that can be used as analyte line the LIBS technique is able to detect the presence of metallic iron (Fe) in the soil has been hit by the tsunami in Aceh. Pusat kegiatan mahasiswa Unsyiah merupakan fasilitas pendukung yang mewadahi segala kegiatan positif mahasiswa Unsyiah dan masyarakat sekitarnya dalam bidang organisasi, ekonomi, sosial, dan hiburan untuk menyeimbangkan kegiatan akademik, sehingga memacu kinerja akademik yang berkualitas, menjadikan Unsyiah sebagai universitas yang mandiri. Dengan adanya pusat kegiatan mahasiswa ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah mahasiswa Unsyiah dalam menjalani kegiatan akademik dan non akademik dengan seimbang, terbebas dari masalah ekonomi, memiliki jaringan yang kuat, sehingga menjadi generasi unggul berprestasi. It is one of the oldest universities in Aceh, yet it also has the same problem as the other universities. For instance, incomplete supporting facilities make the student using off-campus facilities. In addition, economic problems, social relations, and the lack of entertainment facilities also have an impact on academic performance of the students. Therefore, It needs adequate facility that could accommodate all positive activities. Unsyiah Student Center is a supporting facility which embodies all positive activities of the students and the surrounding community such as organization, economic, social, and entertainment in order to balance the academic activities, thus it could boost up the quality of academic performance, making Unsyiah as an independent university. The Student Activity Center is expected to facilitate students at Unsyiah in balancing their academic and non-academic activities, free of economic problems, have a strong network in order to create a generation with superior achievement. This design process begins with a literature studies related to the student center and a comparative study on similar objects to obtain information such as the type of activities carried out in it and the facilities that are needed later. The next stage is to identify the problems that come up in the design. Those problems will be analyzed into a design concepts such as footprint and building design with the theme of Strong and Dynamic. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui struktur komunitas makrozoobenthos dengan kondisi substrat di padang lamun Pulau Matahari Aceh Singkil. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survey yang terdiri dari 4 stasiun pengamatan. Pengambilan sampel pada stasiun dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode transek kuadrat, pada setiap stasiun di bentangkan transek sepanjang 50 m sejajar garis pantai kemudian di lakukan 3 kali pengulangan pada setiap substasiun menggunakan transek kuadrat dengan plot kuadrat 50 m x 50 m. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 32 jenis makrozoobenthos dari 3 kelas, yaitu kelas Gastropoda, Pelecypoda dan Holothuroidea. Komposisi tertinggi adalah kelas Gastropoda sebesar 84,4% dan komposisi terendah dari kelas Holothuroidea 6,2%, indeks keanekaragaman di stasiun penelitian tergolong tinggi, dengan keseragaman berkisar antara 0,792-1,00, dan tidak adanya dominansi jenis. This study was to determine the structure of macrozoobenthos communities with substrate conditions in seagrass Pulau Matahari, Singkil. This study was conducted using a survey that consisted of 4 stations. The stations sampling were calculated using quadratic transect, at each station in scattering along a 50 m transect parallel to the shoreline then 3 repetitions at each substation using transect plot squared squares with 50 x 50 cm. The research was found 32 species of macrozoobenthos in 3 classes, gastropods, Pelecypoda and Holothuroidea. The highest is the class Gastropoda composition of 84,4% and the lowest composition of the class Holothuroidea 6,2%. Diversity index in the research station is high, with uniformity index on research stations ranged from 0,792 to 1,00, and the absence of dominance.Keywords: Matahari Island, macrozoobenthos, Community Structure. Jenis penelitian bersifat analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh keluarga yang tinggal di Kecamatan Jaya Baru Banda Aceh berjumlah 4053 KK. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara cluster random sampling berjumlah 98 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner pada responden penelitian. Analisa data dilakukan uji chi square untuk menguji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan (P=0,023), sikap (P=0,010), rencana tanggap darurat (P=0,008), sistem peringatan dini (P=0,001) dan mobilisasi sumber daya (P=0,002)dengan kesiapsiagaan keluarga dalam menghadapi KLB DBD. Perlu adanya upaya masyarakat dengan memberikan penyuluhan tentang DBD dan upaya peningkatan sistem peringatan dini terhadap bahaya demam berdarah dengue. Selain itu perlu adanya dukungan stake-holder seperti pihak kecamatan, dinas kesehatan kota dan dinas kesehatan provinsi untuk lebih mewaspadai kejadian DBD di Kecamatan Jaya Baru.
