Selain itu untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh elektabilitas figur dan elektabilitas partai politik sebagai pendukung mempengaruhi sikap masyarakat pada pemilukada tahun 2012 di Kabupaten Aceh Barat.Dalam melakukan penelitian skripsi ini dilakukan dengan cara penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research) yaitu melakukan penelitian untuk mendapatkan data sekunder dengan membaca buku-buku, peraturan perundang-undangan dan bahan-bahan bacaan lainnya. Untuk mendapatkan data primer dengan melakukan penelitian dilapangan (Field Research) yaitu dilakukan dengan cara mewawancarai responden dan informan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh elektabilitas figur perannya lebih dominan dalam menarik simpati masyarakat pada pemilukada tahun 2012 di Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Masyarakat Aceh Barat kesimpulannya pada saat menentukan pilihannya cenderung lebih memperhatikan figur yang mempunyai elektabilitas paling tinggi dari pasangan figur lainnya, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pemilukada yaitu pasangan yang elektabilitasnya paling tinggi yang menang.Figur yang maju pada pemilukada disarankan untuk dapat menyusun strategi yang matang untuk meningkatkan elektabilitasnya dimasyarakat. This research examines the influence of ENSO (El Niño and Southern Oscillation) in the Malacca Strait with the southern oscillation index using the Pacific Ocean in determining the condition of Normal, El Niño and La Nina as the analysis of mass transpor of sea water, sea surface elevation and the density of the sea. The research methods using the Navier-Stokes equations with force generating tides, winds from the National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP) Year 1980- 007, salinity(Levitus and Boyer, 1994a) and temperature (Levitus and Boyer, 1994b). Equations of motion of the sea water were modeled with the model of Hamburg Shelf Ocean Model (HAMSOM). The results show that the transport in northwestern part of the Malacca Strait is lower, but in the southeastern part is stronger compared to that of in Normal and La Nina events. While in Sea Level Elevation at El Niño event is lower compared to that of in Normal and La Nina events. For sea surface density, the density values are 18.5 s/d 20.5 kg/m3 while for the later 30-50 m, the values are 19-21 kg/m3. Sea surface density and density for layer 30-50 m in th southeastern part of Malacca Strait for El Niño events are higher than that of in normal and La Nina event. Improving the performance of government can be improved with variable budget participation because it can increase the effectiveness of the subordinates’ performance. The budget participation will be more effective by applying the Control Environment variables which is the core of the internal control system of government.This research was conducted on existing SKPD Aceh Besar . This study aims to find out the influence of the Control Environment on the relationship between budget participation and the performance of government. The samples used were the heads of esselon on existing SKPD in Aceh Besar district as many as 88 people of 54 SKPD that obtained by stratified random sampling method. The data used is primary data obtained through the distributing of questionnaires to the officials in SKPD involved the arranging of budget participation which analyzed by using multiple linear regression models and then this test is coupled with t-test and f-test, to see the influence of Control Environment on the relationship between budget participation and the performance of government. The influence is individually or unity.Partially, the result of research showed that budget participation, Control Environment, and interaction between budget participation and Control Environment significantly influence to the performance of government. Simultaneously it indicates that budget participation and Control Environment significantly influence the performance of government. Keadaan seperti ini dapat dilakukan penggantian gigi yang hilang dengan gigi tiruan. Estetik dan fonetik merupakan faktor yang sangat diperhatikan seseorang saat menggunakan gigi tiruan. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi masyarakat terhadap kebutuhan pemakaian gigi tiruan diantaranya estetik, fonetik, sosial, fungsional, pendidikan, dan faktor kebudayaan. Faktor-faktor klinis seperti jumlah dan lokasi kehilangan gigi, usia, jenis kelamin, gangguan fungsional, ketidaknyamanan dan ketidakpuasan dengan penampilan merupakan aspek-aspek penting dalam membuat keputusan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien dalam menggunakan gigi tiruan sebagian lepasan dari segi estetik dan fonetik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian non eksperimental yang bersifat deskriptif analitik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik membagikan kuesioner kepada pasien pengguna gigi tiruan sebagian lepasan yang datang ke tempat praktek dokter gigi spesialis prostodonsia. Analisis data menggunakan chi- square test untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara dua variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengguna gigi tiruan lepasan puas terhadap faktor estetik memiliki tingkat kepuasan 93,3% dan tidak puas 6,7%. demikian juga faktor fonetik memiliki tingkat kepuasan sebesar 78,3% dan tidak puas 21,7%. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh penggunaan gigi tiruan lepasan lebih banyak pada pasien berumur 41-65 tahun, penggunaanya lebih banyak pada perempuan dari pada laki-laki dan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi dari segi estetik dan fonetik.
