Imunisasi pada saat sekolah dasar sangat diperlukan karena imunisasi pada masa bayi dan balita sudah berkurang pada usia sekolah. Cakupan Imunisasi Lanjutan pada anak sekolah dasar khususnya di Provinsi Aceh masih sangat rendah karena tingkat pengetahuan, sikap dan pendidikan orangtuanya masih sangat rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelengkapan imunisasi lanjutan pada anak SD Negeri 24 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatakan cross sectional dengan sampel berjumlah 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan secara proporsional Stratified Random Sampling. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara membagi kuesioner yang terdiri dari 16 item pertanyaan. Analisa data dilakukan menggunakan Chi-square test dan Uji Fisher. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan(p= ,019), sikap(p= ,000) dan pendidikan(p= ,021) orangtua terhadap imunisasi lanjutan pada anak SD (p < 0,05). Akupunktur adalah salah satu terapi alternatif untuk mengobati LBP. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan derajat nyeri low back pain sebelum dan sesudah pengobatan akupunktur di klinik Harapan Bunda Sentra Medika Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini dilakukan di ruang klinik dokter spesialis saraf Harapan Bunda Sentra Medika Banda Aceh mulai bulan September hingga November 2014. Sampel adalah pasien keluhan low back pain yang berjumlah 50 orang, ditetapkan melalui purposive sampling. Alat ukur nyeri menggunakan Visual Analog Scale (VAS) untuk mengukur derajat nyeri LBP sebelum dan setelah sesi terapi akupunktur. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan derajat nyeri yang signifikan antara sebelum akupunktur (PRC) dan sesudah 1 akupunktur (PAC 1) (p=0.000, ?= 0.05), sesudah 1 & Sesudah 2 (PAC 2) (p=0.000, ?=0.05), dan PAC 1 & PAC 2 (P=0.000, ? = 0.05). Rerata skor nyeri pada PRC adalah 6,152, PAC 1 4,714, PAC 2 3,264. Anak sangat rentan terinfeksi TB terutama yang kontak erat dengan pasien TB BTA positif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan orang tua terhadap kepatuhan berobat pada TB anak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Poliklinik Anak RSUDZA Banda Aceh dengan sampel berjumlah 32 orang selama 1 bulan. Subjek penelitian adalah orang tua pasien TB yang datang membawa anaknya berobat di poliklinik. Pengukuran tingkat pengetahuan dan kepatahuan dilakukan dengan menanyai orang tua pasien menggunakan kuesioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya terlebih dahulu di Rumah Sakit Ibu Anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan orang tua terhadap kepatuhan berobat di Poliklinik Anak RSUDZA Banda Aceh (p=0.023). Pasien dengan pengetahuan rendah dan patuh berjumlah 4 orang (44,4%), pasien dengan pengetahuan rendah dan tidak patuh 5 (55,6%), pasien dengan pengetahuan tinggi dan tidak patuh 3 (13%), pasien dengan pengetahuan tinggi dan patuh 20 (87%). The total of 48 villages (69%) had a population pressure index (ITP> 1), the lack of farmland to farmers in the catchment areas of Laut Tawar Lake -2,284.50 hectares. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis data citra adalah klasifikasi terbimbing data citra tahun 2002 dan 2012. Analisis tekanan penduduk pada kawasan hutan lindung digunakan metode indeks tekanan penduduk. Perubahan tutupan lahan periode tahun 2002-2012 yaitu terjadi penambahan hutan lahan kering sekunder 972,02 hektar (3,85%), pemukiman 175,80 hektar (0,70%) dan 141,00 hektar (0,56%) tanah terbuka, sedangkan pengurangan terjadi pada pertanian lahan kering campuran -1.041,43 hektar (-4,12%), pertanian lahan kering -49,60 (-0,20%), sawah -173,78 hektar (-0,69%), dan tubuh air -24,00 hektar (-0,10). Sejumlah 48 desa (69%) memiliki indeks tekanan penduduk (ITP > 1), kekurangan lahan usaha untuk petani di daerah tangkapan air Danau Laut Tawar seluas -2.284,50 hektar, perubahan penggunaan kawasan hutan lindung tahun 2012 sebesar -6.221,00 hektar (-24,64,%) dan konservasi seluas -119,00 hektar (-0,47%) serta peningkatan pembangunan infrastruktur jalan di dalam kawasan sepanjang 36 km, mengkonfirmasi bahwa kawasan hutan lindung dan kawasan konservasi di daerah tangkapan air Danau Laut Tawar di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah telah terjadi penyimpangan penggunaan lahan yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan Surat Keputusan Menteri Kehutanan No. 170/Kpts-II/2000 seluas -6.946,00 hektar (-27,51%) dari luas daerah tangkapan air Danau laut Tawar.Kata kunci : tutupan lahan, indeks tekanan penduduk dan daerah tangkapan air.Abdul Kholiq, Analysis of Land Cover Change and Population Pressure on Forest Protected Catchment Area of Laut Tawar Lake. The total of 48 villages (69%) had a population pressure index (ITP> 1), the lack of farmland to farmers in the catchment areas of Laut Tawar Lake -2,284.50 hectares. Berbagai masalah psikologis yang dialami akan mempengaruhi kondisi fisik dan cenderung menurunkan kualitas hidup pasien. Dukungan keluarga merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi di RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan menggunakan Cross Sectional Study. Besar sampel sebanyak 60 orang dengan metode pangambilan sampel secara accidental sampling. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner dukungan keluarga dan kuesioner SF-36 (Short From-36). Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa 44 responden (73,3%) memiliki dukungan keluarga baik dan 45 responden (75%) memiliki kualitas hidup baik. Hasil pengumpulan data diuji menggunakan metode chi-square dengan nilai p value sebesar 0,002 yaitu < ? = 0,05, artinya terdapat hubungan signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi di RSUD dr.
