Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, sarana prasarana dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota dan juga terhadap kinerja Bekangdam Iskandar Muda. Hubungan antara motivasi, sarana prasarana dan lingkungan kerja, kinerja anggota terhadap kinerja organisasi terdapat hubungan yang signifikan. Kinerja Anggota berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Bekangdam IM. Penyelesaian masalah tersebut dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan analitik dan numerik. Penyelesaian secara analitik dilakukan dengan linierisasi persamaan state di sekitar titik setimbang dan titik optimal hasil numerik, sedangkan penyelesaian secara numerik dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode diskritisasi langsung dengan pendekatan pseudospectral. Prosedur penyelesaian secara analitik menggunakan Pontryagin Minimum Principle dengan bantuan fitur simbolik MATLAB, sedangkan secara numerik menggunakan Gaus Pseudospectral Method (GPM) dengan bantuan TOMLAB/PROPT. Hasil simulasi numerik pada masalah kontrol optimal untuk pengendalian penyebaran virus HIV dengan waktu awal t0 = 0 dan waktu akhir tf = 500 dapat meminimalkan partikel virus mutan, sel terinveksi virus mutan, dan sel terinveksi virus mutan dan produktif serta meminimalkan biaya terapi yang dibutuhkan. Solusi optimal mengindikasikan terjadinya peningkatan pada sel sehat dan penurunan pada partikel virus ganas, sel terinfeksi virus ganas, sel terinfeksi virus ganas dan produktif, partikel virus mutan, sel terinveksi virus mutan dan sel terinfeksi virus mutan dan produktif. Hasil ini menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan dengan solusi analitik. Terdapat banyak kemungkinan terjadinya perbedaan hasil tersebut, diantaranya akibat linierisasi pada titik setimbang dan condition number untuk matriks yang terlibat dalam solusi analitik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai dengan bulan Mei 2014. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Indrapuri Aceh Besar dan dua kelas dipilih sebagai kelas sampel untuk kelas eksperimen adalah kelas IPA2 (n=25) siswa dan kelas kontrol adalah kelas IPA3 (n=25) siswa. Penerapan model pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing berbasis praktikum dianalisis dengan uji-t (Independent Sample t-Test) dan rubrik keterampilan proses sains pada saat praktikum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbasis praktikum meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif dan keterampilan proses sains siswa. Kelas eksperimen memiliki nilai N-Gain yang lebih tinggi (N-Gain = 74,33) dibandingkan kelas kontrol (N-Gain = 50,77). Hasil Belajar kognitif mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan (thit. 5,45 > ttab. 2,03) pada taraf signifikansi 5% (? = 0,05), keterampilan proses sains siswa mengalami peningkatan dari kategori cukup menjadi kategori sangat baik, dan korelasi antara hasil belajar kognitif dengan keterampilan proses sains siswa adalah 0,71 (tinggi). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing berbasis praktikum memiliki kemampuan hasil belajar kognitif dan keterampilan proses sains yang lebih baik daripada siswa yang diajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional, dan terdapat korelasi yang positif antara hasil belajar kognitif dengan keterampilan proses sains. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan model pembelajaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan komunikasi matematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; 1) mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan komunikasi matematis apabila ditinjau keseluruhan siswa dan level kemampuan awal siswa, 2) interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan level kemampuan siswa terhadap peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan komunikasi matematis dan 3) sikap siswa terhadap pembelajaran model Means-ends analysis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMPS YPPU Sigli, sedangkan sampelnya adalah siswa kelas VIII-1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII-2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah jenis tes dan non tes. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji-t terhadap rataan gain ternormalisasi antara kedua kelompok sampel dan uji anova dua jalur untuk menguji interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan level siswa terhadap peningkatan kemampuan matematis siswa. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan komunikasi matematis siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran model Means-ends analysis lebih baik daripada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional baik ditinjau berdasarkan keseluruhan siswa maupun berdasarkan level kemampuan siswa. Terdapat interaksi antara faktor model pembelajaran dan level kemampuan siswa terhadap peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran Means-ends analysis dan level kemampuan siswa terhadap peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) bulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode allometrik dengan menggunakan rumus W = aDb (Brown 1997) pada lahan hutan sekunder, pada lahan agroforestri dan monokultur menggunakan metode destruktif, C organik tanah menggunakan metode Walkley dan Black. Analisa sampel dilakukan di laboratorium Analisa Tanah Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala dan Laboratorium Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah cadangan karbon terbesar terdapat pada lahan hutan sekunder yakni sebesar 241,36 ton/ha, diikuti agroforestri sebesar 66,00 ton/ha, monokultu r32,33 ton/ha sedangkan kandungan karbon terkecil terdapat pada tanaman semusim yakni sebesar 2,36 ton/ha. Kandungan C organic tanah terbesar terdapat pada lahan hutan sekunder yaitu 6,82 ton/ha, diikuti dengan agroforestri 3,98 ton/ha, monokultur 3,31 ton/ha dan kandungan bahan organik tanah terendah terdapat pada tanaman semusim yaitu 2,44 ton/ha. This research was carried out in three months with the areas of the study of 1100 ha. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource Amwalina Azka Description An account of the resource ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Berdasarkan Evidence-Based Guideline for the Management of High Blood Pressure in Adults Report From the Panel Members Appointed to the Eighth Joint National Committee (JNC 8), hipertensi adalah peningkatan tekanan darah sistolik >140 mmHg atau diastolik > 90 mmHg. Klasifikasi derajat hipertensi terbagi menjadi hipertensi derajat 1 = 140-160/90-100 mmHg dan hipertensi derajat 2 = >160/>100 mmHg. Hipertensi dalam keadaan derajat yang tinggi dan tidak terkontrol akan menyebabkan kerusakan pada organ targetnya sehingga menimbulkan komplikasi stroke, serangan jantung, retinopati, dan gangguan ginjal. Tekanan darah yang tinggi pada hipertensi memaksa ginjal untuk bekerja lebih berat mengakibatkan rusaknya sel ginjal yang ditandai dengan adanya proteinuria. Proteinuria adalah adanya protein dalam urin manusia yang kadarnya melebihi batas normal yaitu >150mg/24 jam atau pada anak >140mg/m2. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan derajat hipertensi dengan kejadian proteinuria pada pasien hipertensi.Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik observasional dengan rancangan studi potong lintang (cross sectional). Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Oktober-November 2014. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling sebanyak 76 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui pemeriksaan tekanan darah, wawancara, dan pemeriksaan urinalisis kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square.Hasil: Kelompok hipertensi derajat 1 memiliki kategori terbanyak proteinuria negatif yang berjumlah 26 orang , sedangkan proteinuria positif berjumlah 7 orang. Kelompok hipertensi derajat 2 memiliki kategori terbanyak proteinuria positif yaitu sebanyak 24 orang, sedangkan proteinuria negatif berjumlah 19 orang.Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara derajat hipertensi dengan kejadian proteinuria pada pasien hipertensi dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 (p < 0,05) pada uji Chi-Square.Kata kunci: Hipertensi, derajat hipertensi, proteinuria.
