Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource Sri Yulia Rizki Description An account of the resource Nyeri kepala primer merupakan penyakit kronis yang dapat terjadi tiba-tiba dengan durasi dimulai beberapa menit sampai beberapa hari sehingga dapat mengakibatkan menurunnya efikasi diri penderitanya untuk dapat mengerjakan aktivitas sehari-hari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai korelasi antara intensitas nyeri dengan efikasi diri pada pasien nyeri kepala primer. Desain penelitian ini bersifat analitik cross sectional dan cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling selama periode 22 Oktober sampai dengan 22 November 2014 di Poliklinik Saraf RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Intensitas nyeri diukur menggunakan Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) dan efikasi diri diukur menggunakan Pain Self Efficacy Questionnaire (PSEQ). Hasil penelitian dari 51 responden didapatkan 15 responden (29,4%) mengalami intensitas nyeri sedang, 25 responden (49,0%) mengalami intensitas nyeri berat dan 11 responden (21,6%) mengalami intensitas nyeri sangat berat. Selain itu didapatkan pula bahwa 1 responden (2,0%) mengalami efikasi diri baik, 19 responden (37,3%) mengalami efikasi diri sedang dan 31 responden (60,8) mengalami efiaksi diri rendah. Analisa data menggunakan Spearman Rank Correlation test didapatkan p=0,001, r=-0,732. Imunosupresan yang diberikan dapat berupa steroid tunggal, imunosupresan lain tunggal, atau kombinasi keduanya. Steroid tunggal diberikan saat awal terapi dengan dosis yang tinggi dan kemudian dosis tersebut akan diturunkan secara bertahap untuk mengurangi efek samping jangka panjang dari steroid dan ditambah dengan imunosupresan lain. Systemic lupus erythematosus daily activity index (SLEDAI) merupakan penilaian keseluruhan aktivitas penyakit pada penderita LES. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran terapi imunosupresan terhadap aktivitas penyakit lupus eritematosus sistemik di Rumah Sakit Umum dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan cross sectional dan metode consecituve sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di Ruang Poliklinik dan Rawat Inap Penyakit Dalam Rumah Sakit Umum dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh pada 13 Oktober 2014 sampai dengan 5 Desember 2014. Hasil data univariat menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 orang yang dijadikan subjek penelitian, terdapat 28 orang (93,3%) berjenis kelamin perempuan dan 2 orang (6,7%) laki-laki. Terapi yang paling banyak dikonsumsi adalah kombinasi steroid dengan imunosupresan lain yaitu sebanyak 25 orang (83,3%), dan skor SLEDAI yang paling banyak adalah ringan yaitu sebanyak 15 orang (50,0%).Kata kunci:lupus eritematosus sistemik (LES), steroid, imunosupresan lain, systemic lupus erythematosus daily activity index (SLEDAI). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak metanol kelopak buah tomat (Solanum lycopersicum L.) terhadap kematian larva Aedes aegypti L. instar III. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non faktorial dengan 6 perlakuan dan 4 pengulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari ekstrak metanol kelopak Solanum lycopersicum L. konsentrasi 200 ppm, 500 ppm, 1000 ppm dan 2000 ppm, kontrol positif (abate 1 ppm) dan kontrol negatif (aquades). Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analisis Varian (Anova) dan analisis Duncan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak metanol kelopak Solanum lycopersicum L. dapat menyebabkan kematian larva Aedes aegypti L. dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 213,2 (P?0,05). Hasil analisis Duncan menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan antara kontrol positif dan ekstrak metanol kelopak Solanum lycopersicum L. dengan konsentrasi 2000 ppm tidak berbeda nyata namun pada konsentrasi 200 ppm, 500 ppm, 1000 ppm dan kontrol negatif berbeda nyata. Daya larvasida kelopak Solanum lycopersicum L. berasal dari senyawa metabolit sekunder berupa steroid, saponin, flavonoid, fenol dan kumarin.
