Padahal diketahui klien post sectio caesaria mempunyai potensi terjadinya penurunan kekuatan otot-otot perut karena proses persalinan. Ambulasi dini merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya hal tersebut dan tentunya memerlukan dukungan dari perawat sebagai salah satu support system ibu selama masa rawatan di rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan perawat dengan ambulasi dini pada ibu post sectio caesaria di Rumah Sakit Umum Ibu dan Anak tahun 2013. Desain penelitian bersifat deskriptif korelatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu 81 responden. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan ada hubungan dukungan sosial perawat dengan ambulasi dini pada ibu post sectio caesaria (p-value 0,023), ada hubungan dukungan instrumental perawat dengan ambulasi dini pada ibu post sectio caesaria (p-value 0,006), ada hubungan dukungan penghargaan perawat dengan ambulasi dini pada ibu post sectio caesaria (p-value 0,003), ada hubungan dukungan emosional perawat dengan ambulasi dini pada ibu post sectio caesaria (p-value 0,001) dan ada hubungan dukungan perawat dengan ambulasi dini pada ibu post sectio caesaria di Rumah Sakit Umum Ibu dan Anak. Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan dapat memberikan informasi serta penambahan pengetahuan tentang manfaat dari dilakukannya ambulasi dini kepada ibu dengan post sectio caesaria serta memberikan dukungan dan motivasi kepada ibu agar mau melakukan ambulasi dini untuk upaya peningkatan status kesehatan ibu pasca melahirkan. Persyaratan sebagai pilihan terbaik untuk struktur sarang lebah antara lain adalah bahwa tidak ada ruang sia-sia dalam pengubinan. Salah satu efek samping pada pemakaian kontrasepsi hormonal adalah obesitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemakaian kontrasepsi hormonal dengan obesitas pada ibu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional.
