Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan hipertensi dan status gizi dengan gangguan keseimbangan pada lansia.Metode: Studi analitik dengan desain cross sectional dilaksanakan pada 22 September sampai 25 November 2014. Besar sampel adalah 86 orang dikumpulkan secara consecutive sampling. Hipertensi diperoleh dari pemeriksaan tekanan darah dan wawancara riwayat konsumsi obat anti hipertensi. Status gizi dinilai menggunakan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT). Gangguan keseimbangan diperiksa menggunakan tes Romberg dan Tes Romberg yang dipertajam.Hasil: Penelitian dilakukan pada 60 lansia laki-laki dan 26 lansia perempuan dengan umur rata-rata 66,03 tahun dan 63,19 tahun dimana kelompok umur terbanyak adalah 60-74 tahun (91,9%). Sebanyak 51,2% lansia mengalami hipertensi, 67,4% mengalami malnutrisi dan 61,6% mengalami gangguan keseimbangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis chi-square didapatkan hubungan antara hipertensi dengan gangguan keseimbangan pada lansia (p value 0,009 (? = 0,005); IK 95%) dan status gizi tidak berhubungan dengan gangguan keseimbangan pada lansia (p value 0,90 (? = 0,005); IK 95%). Hipertensi dan status gizi tidak berhubungan dengan gangguan keseimbangan pada lansia (p value 0,84 dan 0,57).Kesimpulan: Gangguan keseimbangan berhubungan dengan hipertensi namun tidak berhubungan dengan status gizi. Tahun 2011 wisatawan asing yang datang ke Sabang berjumlah 5.055 orang. Namun tahun berikutnya menurun drastis menjadi 4.622 orang. Tahun 2013 walau pun meningkat tetapi peningkatannya sangat kecil. Padahal dalam target yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah kota Sabang melalui Dinas Pariwisata Kota Sabang adalah meningkat minimal 30 persen setiap tahunnya. Bahkan terlihat dari tahun ke tahun mengalami penurunan. Hal ini mengindikasikan rendahnya keputusan wisatawan asing untuk memutuskan destinasi wisata maritim di Sabang sebagai salah satu tujuan destinasi wisatanya. Rendahnya keputusan berkunjung ini tidak terlepas dari kurang kuatnya citra destinasi wisata maritim di Sabang sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata yang layak dikunjungi oleh turis mancanegara.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh distinctive capabilities terhadap citra destinasi wisata pulau Weh, Pengaruh integrated marketing communication berpengaruh terhadap citra destinasi wisata pulau Weh, Pengaruh citra destinasi wisata terhadap keputusan berkunjung, Pengaruh distinctive capabilities terhadap keputusan berkunjung, Pengaruh integrated marketing communication terhadap keputusan berkunjung.Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 160 orang turis yang telah melakukan kunjungan wisata ke Sabang. Pengujian hipotesis ini adalah dengan menganalisis nilai Critical Ratio (CR) dan nilai Probability (P) hasil olah data, dibandingkan dengan batasan statistik yang disyaratkan, yaitu diatas 1,96 untuk nilai CR dan dibawah 0,05 untuk nilai P (probabilitas). Dari 5 hipotesis verificatif yang diuji, semuanya lolos uji dengan menggunakan 2 kriteria yang ada. Maka ke 5 hipotesis ini diterima. Dengan kata lain terdapat pengaruh yang significant antar variabel yang diuji tersebut, baik yang terkait dengan variabel intervening maupun dependent. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor transkultural terhadap persepsi tentang kesehatan pada ibu dengan balita ISPA. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif yang menggunakan desain korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Tehnik pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan propotional sampling terhadap 100 ibu dengan balita ISPA di Kota Banda Aceh. Analisa data dilakukan dengan uji Regresi Logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor teknologi, nilai budaya dan gaya hidup, peraturan dan kebijakan, ekonomi dan pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap persepsi tentang kesehatan pada ibu dengan balita ISPA (p < 0.05) , sedangkan faktor keagamaan dan falsafah hidup, sosial dan kekerabatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap persepsi tentang kesehatan pada balita dengan balita ISPA (p>0.05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak semua faktor transkultural mempengaruhi persepsi ibu dengan Balita ISPA. The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of transcultural factors towards the mother perception of the health of toddlers with Acute Respiratory Disease (ARD). This study was qualitative study that used correlational design with cross sectional approach. Sampling technique used was propotional sampling with the number of respondents of 100 mothers with toddler with ARD in Banda Aceh City. Data was analyzed by logistic regression. The results of the study showed that the technology, cultural value and life style, rules and policies, economic, and education factors influenced the mother perception of the health toddlers with ARD (p0.05). Based on this study, it can be conclude that not all transcultural factors influences the mother perception of the health toddlers with ARD.
