Lafarge Cement Indonesia, Lhoknga Aceh Besar. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yaitu berupa pengedaran kuesioner sehingga diperoleh responden sebanyak 120 orang responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Lafarge Cement Indonesia, Lhoknga Aceh Besar, karena karyawan pada perusahaan ini terdiri dari kelompok yang heterogen maka penarikan sampel yang ditetapkan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan cluster sampling. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi ditemukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Sementara berdasarkan pengujian secara statistik ditemukan bahwa secara simultan (Uji-F), variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsimasyarakat Kecamatan Jantho terhadap rencana pemindahan Ibukota KabupatenAceh Besar dan persepsi masyarakat Kecamatan Kuta Malaka terhadap rencanapemindahan Ibukota Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Metode yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yangdigunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan. Studi lapanganuntuk memperoleh data primer yang dilakukan dengan cara wawancara.Sedangkan penelitian kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data sekunder berdasarkanbuku-buku dan bacaan terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa persepsimasyarakat Kecamatan Jantho menolak atau tidak setuju terhadap rencanapemindahan Ibukota Kabupaten Aceh Besar dari Kota Jantho ke Kuta Malakakarena masyarakat takut Kota Jantho menjadi kota mati. Persepsi masyarakatKuta Malaka setuju terhadap rencana pemindahan Ibukota Kabupaten Aceh Besardari Kota Jantho ke Kuta Malaka dikarenakan letak Kota Jantho sebagai IbukotaKabupaten Aceh Besar tidak strategis dan masyarakat Kuta Malaka berharapdengan pemindahan ini dapat meningkatkan perekonomian. Themethods used in this research is qualitative, descriptive methods. Data collectiontechniques are used i.e. field research and research librarianship. Field studies toobtain primary data is done by means of an interview. While the research librariesto acquire secondary data based on books and related reading. The results of thisresearch mejelaskan that the plan to move the capital of Aceh Besar Regency ofJantho to kuta Malaka due to several factors: first, the position of Jantho is notstrategic. Second, not to its optimal public transport to the town of Jantho. Third,the lack of existing infrastructure and facilities in the town of Jantho. Fourthly,civil servants who do not live in the town of Jantho. The Government of AcehBesar to efficiency in the conduct of the Affairs of Government in order toimprove services to the community. View of society was reaping the pros andcons. Most of the community sub-district of the relocation plan declined Jantho,whereas the community of Kuta Malaka agrees to a plan to move the capital ofAceh Besar District. The GeH4 gas flow rate was varied from 2.5 – 12.5 sccm, while the flow rate of SiH4 was kept constant at 70 sccm.
