<text> Abstact. The development of telecommunication technologies has shown remarkable improvement rapidly in this decade, one of which is in information computer and telecommunication technology. On the other hand, the services can be provided with the advance of information technology has not reached all levels of society. In Indonesia, geographic and demographic factors are among the obstacles that limit the dissemination of information. This generally occurs in remote areas such as Pulo Aceh region. To solve the problem, this study proposes a solution to overcome the isolation of information. The technology chosen for the dissemination of information is the Digital Video Broadcasting-Terrestrial (DVB-T) using High Altitude Platform Station (HAPS) technology to provide the services. The implementation of HAPS technology is expected to be able to be used as an alternative for minimizing the high cost of terrestrial infrastructure investment. This discussion is devoted to the planning of implementing HAPS in Pulo Aceh to serve the needs of communication to that community. Based on ITU recommendation, the results show that the analysis of link budget calculation with elevation angle, 34.060 has met the standard requirement. It can be concluded that Pulo Aceh can be served by a single HAPS both in terms of capacity and coverage area.</text>

Kata Kunci: Manajemen Pelayanan Posyandu, Kader PosyanduDaftar Pustaka: 30 buku, 5 Jurnal Penelitian (2000-2014) viMINISTRY OF RESEARCH, TECHNOLOGY AND EDUCATION SYIAH KUALA UNIVERSITYNURSE FACULTYSCRIPTXII+ 6 chapters + 62 pages + 9 tables + 1 schema + 12 appendixesMUNANDAR1307101020137ORGANIZING MANAGEMENT OF POSYANDU FACILITY AT LOCAL GOVERNMENT CLINIC MONTASIK KABUPATEN ACEH BESARABSTRACTPosyandu (integrated service post) is an actual effort in medical province which is regularly arranged on behalf of the community with the purpose of increasing their awareness on the health status of children under five years old. It is performed through 5 tables system. However, it was found that the number of sick children was quite excessive for some illness that actually can be prevented through Posyandu. This research was aimed to describe the organizing management of Posyandu facility at local government clinic (Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat / Puskesmas) Montasik. The design of this research was descriptive explorative. It was conducted on June 12thto16thyear 2015 at Puskesmas Montasik. The sample was 30 Posyandu members with the sampling technique of total sampling. The instrument for collecting the data was questionnaire that consisted on 21 statements in form of dichotomus. Result from univariate analysis showed that most of organizing management of Posyandu facility was generally in category of lacking with 16 respondents (53.3%). The result also confirm that the organizing of Posyandu facility before carrying out the programmedactivity was in good category with 20 people (66,7%), in the middle of carrying out the programmed activity was in good category with 26 people (86,7%) and after carrying out the programmed activity was in good category with 24 people (80%). It was expected that the health practitioner at Puskesmas give more attention on Posyandu service especially in surveillance and evaluation stage toward the heads of Posyandu in order to get the most out of Posyandu facility each month. Analisis CPU Utilization berdasarkan run queue, user time, system time, dan idle time. Analisis memori berdasarkan penggunaannya. Kata kunci : diskless, kinerja diskless, diskless server, Windows Linux Terminal Server Project (WLTSP)ABSTRACTDiskless network is a network without harddisk that has only one storage which isi n server, while clients are using operation system and the application that were provided by server. Diskless technology preferably for computer with low hardware specification. This technology can be used for Windows Linux Terminal Server Project (WLTSP). This experiment used 3 clients with Ubuntu 10.04 LTS operating system and 3 clients with Windows XP SP 2 operating system. The performance of diskless server highly depend on the specification of server computer hardware that were used. The performance computer server can be known by analizing some parameter from CPU utilization, memory and Networks. CPU Utilization analysis based on run queue, user time, system time and idle time. Memory analysis based on usage. Whereas network, analysis based on delay, jitter, throughput, and packet loss. Analysis are done when the client running OpenOffice, Microsoft Office 2007, Gimpp, Adobe Photoshop and Mozilla Firefox for 5 minutes, 30 minutes, and 60 minutes. Measurement of the values using application Vmstat, Perfmon, Ping, and Iperf of diskless server generally is good. Keywords : diskless, diskless performance, diskless server, Windows Linux Terminal Server Project (WLTSP)</text>

<text>Munawar / 0805101050072. Keefektifan Beberapa Molusisida Nabati Terhadap Mortalitas Keong Mas (Pomacea canaliculata L.).

<text>Dysmenorrhea is a painful syndrome that accompanies the menstrual cycles that may disturb daily activities. Although many drugs are available to reduce dysmenorrheal pain, many women consider its side effects for taking regularly. Although exercise is generally thought to alleviate the dysmenorrhea, thescientific literature display mixed evidence. The aim of the research was to investigate the effect of aerobics on decreasing dysmenorrheal pain of women 20-25 years old.The research used quasi experiment with one group pretest-posttest design using 15 samples who are medical student of Syiah Kuala University. The data was analyzed using paired t-test to differentiate the score of pain before and after the aerobics exercise. The research was conducted from Januari to April 2012. The Average result dysmenorrheal pain scoresusing the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS); pretest (6.26) and posttest (3.26) (P= 0.00). It can be concluded that aerobics may reduce dysmenorrheal pain in women 20-25 years old</text>
