The ability to evacuate a huge number of people within a very limited amount of time is certainly required. Evacuation drills are therefore necessary to acquire an optimal escape strategy. Unfortunately, we have to deal with both financial and practicalchallenges for conducting a regular and meaningful drill. To overcome these challenges, one solution would be to develop the evacuation simulation model. Despite its limitation to mimic the real-life situations, simulation may provide practical ways of minimizing the negative consequences as well as useful insights to escape strategy. In this paper, we describe a conceptual model of multiagent based tsunami evacuation simulation (TES). The model formulation and description would follow the ODD (Overview, Design concepts, andDetails) protocol, which is a standard protocol widely used by agent-based modellers. The proposed model may serve as a framework for TES that offers the following features: estimate the clearing time or the time needed by people to leave the tsunami inundation area, and identify the potential bottleneck or congestion locations. The aims of this study was (i) to find out the level of liver flukes infection based on body weight, age of beef cattle and their background of origin, and (ii) to know the relationship between the level of liver flukes infection, body weight, age, background of origin and the level of economic losses of beef cattle. This study was conducted at four abattoir located at Banyumas, Cilacap, Purbalingga and Banjarnegara regencies, Central Java province. The sample was taken by purposive sampling. 20 beef cattle that infected by liver fluke in each abattoir were involved in this study. Multiple linear regression was applied in data analysis. This study revealed that (1) Average of the liver flukes infection level in this areas was 47 present. (2) Under 1-2 of age, the highest liver flukes infection level found at thin body condition (53%) and moderate (31%); under 2,5-3 of age, they are found at fat body condition (75%) and moderate (62%); under 3,5-4 of age the highest liver flukes infection level found at moderate and far body condition (100% and 67%, respectively). Untuk menjangkau masyarakat pendengar sebagai konsumen yang ditargetkan, kualitas penerimaan siaran menjadi hal yang sangat krusial. Daya pancar dan propagasi dari pemancar dapat mempengaruhi teknis kualitas layanan pada penerima. Masalah kualitas ini menjadi obyek yang dikaji dan pendekatan yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil, dilakukan pengukuran lapangan dengan menggunakan instrumen spectrum analyzer dan ditambah GPS sebagai penentu keakuratan lokasi pengukuran. Lima radio pemcancar swasta di kota Banda Aceh yang beroperasi pada frekuensi kerja 98,5 MHz hingga 103,6 MHz menjadi obyek penelitian dan akan dievaluasi. Hasil pengukuran lapangan didapati bahwa semua stasiun radio FM yang dievaluasi memenuhi standar kuat medan minimum yang diperbolehkan (Eμ) sesuai standar untuk kategori daerah rural, 54 dBμV/m  dan daerah urban, 66 dBμV/m. Hasil lain juga tidak ditemukan interferensi frekuensi dan semua stasiun masih dalam batas toleransi deviasi frekuensi kerja yang diizinkan. Dengan demikian, lima pemcancar radio FM yang dievaluasi mempunyai kualitas yang baik dan layanan yang diberikan dapat dinikmati dengan baik oleh pendengar. Dalam penelitian ini, akan dievaluasi pengaruh polarisasi linier terhadap kualitas sinyal atau Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR). Untuk pengujian SNR digunakan perangkat lunak, Netstumbler. Evaluasi pengukuran propagasi dilakukan dengan menempatkan pemancar dan penerima pada ruang terbuka dan di dalam ruangan atau ruang tertutup. Pengujian di ruang terbuka dilakukan dengan posisi pemancar dan penerima terpisahkan dengan jarak, 3, 5, 7 dan 10 meter sedangkan di dalam ruang, kondisi ruang dipisahkan oleh sekat batu bata dan tanpa sekat. Pengujian polarisasi linier merupakan kombinasi dari polarisasi: vertikal-vertikal, horizontal-horizontal dan vertikal-horizontal. Hasil pengukuran diperoleh bahwa arah polarisasi mempengaruhi kuat sinyal pada penerima dengan hasil SNR yang lebih baik untuk polarisasi vertikal-vertikal dibandingkan pengujian dengan arah polarisasi lainnya.
