Dengan demikian suhu pemadatan selanjutnya akan mempengaruhi karakteristik campuran aspal beton tersebut. Permasalahan bagaimana pengaruh suhu pemadatan terhadap parameter Marshall untuk lapisan Aspalt Concrete Binder Course (AC-BC) menggunakan aspal Retona Bland 55, dan beberapa yang tepat untuk pencampuran dan pemadatan yang menghasilkan parameter Marshall yang berkualitas baik untuk lapisan AC-BC menggunakan aspal Retona Bland 55. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai parameter Marshall yang dihasilkan oleh beton aspal pada lapis pengikat (AC-BC) dengan variasi suhu pemadatan beton aspal. Untuk itu diperlukan uji laboratorium untuk mengetahui variasi suhu pemadatan terhadap karakteristik campuran beton aspal.Gradasi yang dipakai adalah gradasi menerus untuk lapis AC-BC.Bahan pengikat yang digunakan aspal Retona Bland 55.Jenis aspal yang diteliti adalah lapis aspal beton (Laston) dengan fungsi sebagai Asphalt Concrete Binder Course (AC-BC). Metode yang dilakukan terhadap pemeriksaan sifat-sifat fisis bahan, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan perencanaan campuran benda uji, pembuatan benda uji untuk menentukan kadar optimum (KAO) dengan variasi kadar aspal 4.0%, 4.5%, 5.0%, 5.5% dan 6.0%, perhitungan dan pengujian Marshall, evaluasi parameter Marshall (untuk mendapatkan KAO), perencanaan dan pembuatan benda uji, pengujian Marshall standar, dan terakhir perhitungan parameter Marshall. Dari penelitian didapat KAO 5,0%. Berdasarkan KAO tersebut maka dibuat benda uji dengan variasi suhu pemadatan 1400C, 1500C, 1600C. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai stabilitas suhu pemadatan secara berurutan adalah 1531,46 kg, 1582,20 kg, dan 1619,10 kg. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semua variasi suhu pemadatan sudah memenuhi persyaratan untuk campuran beton aspal AC-BC. Bila proses ini tidak berlangsung dengan baik, maka anak dapat mengalami gangguan pola eliminasi. Toilet training membutuhkan persiapan dari aspek fisik, psikologi, dan intelektual. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kesiapan anak dengan keberhasilan toilet training pada anak balita di PAUD dan TK Bungong Seuleupoek Unsyiah Darussalam Banda Aceh tahun 2012. Desain penelitian bersifat deskriptif korelatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling yaitu 53 responden. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner dengan teknik wawancara terpimpin. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan ada hubungan antara kesiapan anak dengan keberhasilan toilet training (p-value 0,043), ada hubungan antar kesiapan fisik dengan keberhasilan toilet training (p-value 0,002), ada hubungan antara kesiapan psikologis dengan keberhasilan toilet training (p-value 0,006), ada hubungan antara kesiapan intelektual dengan keberhasilan toilet training (p-value 0,023), di PAUD dan TK Bungong Seuleupoek Unsyiah Darussalam Banda Aceh.
