Metode yang digunakan adalah mengkonfigurasi dan pemrograman zigbee berbasis arduino uno dengan menggunakan protokol X-CTU (Xbee Configuration Troubleshooting Utility) di upload ke transmitter melalui interface zigbee, zigbee transmitter mengirim data forward, reverse ataupun stop ke zigbee receiver yang terintegrasi dengan arduino kontrol, arduino kontrol akan mengeksekusi jenis-jenis data yang diterima oleh zigbee receiver. Arduino akan mengaktifkan kontaktor daya untuk mengoperasikan motor induksi dalam arah forward/reverse/stop tergantung pada jenis data yang diterima oleh zigbee receiver. Hasil penelitian ini adalah suatu sistem terintegrasi yang berfungsi mengendalikan motor induksi tiga fasa yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas aplikasi motor induksi. Teknologi tersebut sangat sering dimanfaatkan dan terus dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja sebuah sistem jaringan. Salah satu standar jaringan WLAN yang dapat digunakan dalam sebuah sistem jaringan adalah IEEE 802.11s yang digunakan untuk jaringan mesh. Wireless Mesh Network (WMN) merupakan sebuah teknologi jaringan wireless yang diaggap akan meningkatkan peran wireless mobile network di masa depan. Teknologi ini dirancang untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan jaringan yang kurang fleksibel dan memiliki area terbatas. Percobaan dan pengembangan pada penggunaan jaringan mesh hingga saat ini terus dilakukan. Dalam penelitian ini, percobaan yang dilakukan adalah dengan menerapkan jaringan mesh pada topologi grid dan kemudian menganalisa kinerja jaringan mesh pada topologi tersebut berdasarkan parameter throughput, delay, dan packet loss. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan simulator jaringan NS-3 yang sangat efektif digunakan untuk membuat perancangan dan mengevaluasi kinerja sebuah sistem jaringan. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa nilai throughput menjadi semakin kecil dengan bertambahnya jumlah hops yang dilalui. Untuk parameter delay, hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa nilai delay semakin besar dengan bertambahnya jumlah hops yang dilalui. Study by the Directorate of Nursing in collaboration with WHO in 2000 at 4 provinces in Indonesia, namely Jakarta, North Sumatra, North Sulawesi and East Kalimantan, found 47,4 percent of nurses do not have a job description in writing, 70,9 percent nurses not been trained in the last 3 years, 39,8 percent of nurses are still non-nursing duties, and has not developed performance monitoring and evaluation system of nurse. Proper supervision should be run in the type and quality of the working groups. The aim of the research is to known the correlation between supervision with supervisory role of the nurse practitioner performance in patient ward dr. Zainoel Abidin general hospital Banda Aceh 2013. The research desain is correlative descriptive by using cross sectional study. Data collection techniques by using simple random sampling. The population in this research were 181 and samples were 70 nurses. Data collection technique conducted through by distributing questionnaires about supervision i.e 21 statements in Likert scale and nurse observation sheet performance i.e 24 statements in Gutmann scale. Data analysis method used univariate and bivariate analysis. The result of the research indicates there is a correlation between supervision (P-value =0,032), practice (P-value =0,040, target (P-value =0,032), frequency (P-value =0,028), purpose (P-value =0,018), and techniques (p-value=0,043) with supervisory role of the nurse practitioner performance in patient ward dr. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan supervisi dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional study. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah181 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 perawat. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan memberikan kuesioner tentang supervisi perawat sebanyak 21 item pernyataan dalam bentuk skala likert dan lembar observasi kinerja perawat sebanyak24 item dengan menggunakan skala gutmann. Metode analisis data yaitu dengan menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan nusantara dan mancanegara yang pernah berkunjung ke Kota Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Purposive sampling digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Sebanyak 120 kuesioner yang didistribusikan dan sebanyak 100 kuesioner yang dapat digunakan. Metode analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Moderat (MRA) digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel-variabel yang terlibat.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap brand advocacy Kota Banda Aceh sebagai kota madani. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa brand image dan purpose of trip berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap brand advocacy. The samples used in this research are domestic as well as international tourists who have ever been to Banda Aceh. Questioner is used as the instrument within the research method and purposive sampling technique is used while choosing the sample. Among 120 questioners distributed, only 100 of them are able to be used. Moderated regression analysis is applied to examine the effect of the related variables.The result shows that the brand image has a positive effect on the brand advocacy of Banda Aceh as a civil city. Furthermore, it also reveals that thebrand image and the purpose of trip, both have a significant effect on the brand advocacy.
