Kegiatan pokok ekonomi yang dimaksud dalam bidang study ini adalah siswa harus manpu mendeskripsikan kegiatan pokok ekonomi yang meliputi barang dan jasa. Bermula dari penelitian awal yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Rantau Peureulak ditemukan bahwa masalah sebagai berikut:(1) Guru masih menggunakan metode konvensional, (2)Siswa dalam pembelajaran kurang aktif dan sulit memahami materi yang disampaikan. Oleh karena itu didukung oleh teori-teori dan pengalaman, peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengehahui: (1)Kemampuan guru dalam mengolah kemampuan belajar mengajar (KBM), (2)Ketuntasan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS Ekonomi, (3) Respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Peureulak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus, mulai dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek dalam pengamatan ini adalah semua siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Peureulak. Intrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah pre-test, format observasi dan post test. Data yang diperoleh ditampilkan dan dianalisa dengan mengunakan prosudur analisa data secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa pendekatan NHT lebih cocok untuk materi kegiatan pokok ekonomi. Analisa data yang menggunakan kriteria ketuntasan minimum (KKM) dengan nilai 65, dan indikator 75% dari jumlah klasikal. Berasarkan ketuntasan minimum (KKM) yang telah ditetapkan. Maka pada siklus I siswa yang menperoleh nilai ? 65 berjumlah 13 siswa atau mencapai 52%, sedangkan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan yaitu siswa yang memperoleh nilai ? 65 berjumlah 21 siswa atau mencapai 84%. Dari hasil penelitian pada siklus II terlihat nilai rata-rata KKM sebesar 65 dan Persentasi keberhasilan 75% yang ditetapkan telah dapat dicapai. Respon siswa positif. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe numbered heads together (NHT) efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS ekonomi materi kegiatan pokok ekonomi di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Peureulak Aceh Timur. The research method used Randomized Completely Block Design Sub Sampling with 6 treament and 3 replication, they are: antiseptic soap A, B, C, D, phenol 2% and aquadest. The group consist of S. aureus and E. coli bacteria. The inhibit experiment was done by using Kirby-Bauer methode. The parameter analyzed by using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) continue with the Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The result showed that there were  significant differences of inhibit zone that formed from both bacterias . The result of the antiseptic soap suspend inhibit zone, S. aureus bacteria has larger diameter than E. coli. Soap A, B, C and D with 50% concentrate toward both bacteria, each has average diameter 25, 16 mm, 15,6 mm, 11,5 mm and 9,83 mm while phenol  has 15,0 mm. This result showed that soap A, B, and C has the equal ability to phenol 2%. Base on Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT), it is found out that the real differences of the inhibit zone between the two bacteria as well the real differences of treatment forward those bacteria (P<0,05). Metode analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji statistik yaitu secara parsial (uji-t) dan secara simultan (uji F) dengan tingkat signifikansi(?) sebesar 5%. The study was conducted at MAN Rukoh Banda Aceh by implementing environment-based learning through Pre-test and Pos-test group. The objectives of this research were:  to determine of species composition, importance value of species, diversity index and evenness index, similarity index, distribution pattern of species, and species association. This research used the quadrat method. The determination of the species distribution was calculated using Poisson distribution formula and the determination of association was calculated using contingency table. The results of this research indicated that,  there were 61 species of  plant belong to20 familiy. The importance value was between 0,97-55,65%, and species with high importance value is Brachiaria reptans, Thespesia lanpas, Dichantium coricosum, and Oplismenus burmanii. The diversity index was between 2,0851-3,4033, and evenness index was between 1,7199-1,9984. The distribution pattern of species indicated that 38  species were  clumped, 10 species reguler, and 13 species were at random.  The multi-plants tend to have a clumped distribution pattern, and single plant tend to have a reguler or random distribution pattern.
