Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kerapatan mangrove dan kelimpahan plankton serta hubungan kerapatan mangrove dengan kelimpahan plankton pada kawasan pesisir Lamreh. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2014. Metode transek kuadrat (10m x 10m) digunakan untuk pengamatan kerapatan mangrove dan plankton net digunakan sebagai alat untuk menyaring atau mengumpulkan sampel plankton, identifikasi plankton dengan menggunakan metode 5 titik lapang pandang dilakukan di Laboratorium Fakultas Kelautan dan Perikanan, Universitas Syiah Kuala. Pengambilan sampel terdiri dari 3 stasiun, setiap stasiun dibagi menjadi 5 substasiun. Pengambilan data dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali yaitu pada pukul 08.00 WIB, 12.00 WIB, dan 16.00 WIB. Hasil penelitian kerapatan mangrove di stasiun 1 adalah 8,25 ind/100m2, stasiun 2 adalah 9 ind/100m2, dan stasiun 3 adalah 19,5 ind/100m2, kelimpahan plankton secara keseluruhan adalah 9456 ind/l dan hubungan kerapatan mangrove dengan kelimpahan plankton menunjukkan nilai korelasi person 0,551 hingga 0,934. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah kerapatan mangrove di stasiun 1 tergolong rendah, di stasiun 2 tergolong sedang, dan stasiun 3 tergolong tinggi, sedangkan kelimpahan plankton secara seluruhan tergolong rendah, dan hubungan kerapatan mangrove dengan kelimpahan plankton tergolong sedang hingga sangat kuat, hubungan ini menandakan adanya hubungan kerapatan mangrove dengan kelimpahan plankton pada perairan tersebut.Kata kunci: Lamreh, mangrove, plankton, produktivitas perairan.ABSTRACTMangrove land was changed into aquaculture land could affect marine productivity and abudance of plankton because plankton can used as an indicator of water fertility. The purposes of study was to analyze determine the density of mangroves and plankton abundance and the relationship between mangrove density with abundance of plankton in coastal Lamreh areas. This study was conducted in August 2014. Square transect menthod (10m x 10m) was used to observation mangrove density and plankton net was used as a tool to collect plankton samples. Identification of plankton used a five point visual field conducted in the Laboratory of Marine and Fisheries Faculty, Syiah Kuala University. Sampling of plankton consisted of 3 stations, each station was divided into 5 substations and 3 replications. Data was collect in three times there were at 08.00 a.m, 12.00 a.m, and 16.00 p.m. The results of the study of mangrove density at station 1 was 8.25 ind/100m2, station 2 was 9 ind/100m2, and station 3 was 19.5 ind/100m2, the overall abundance of plankton was 9456 ind/l and the relationship between mangrove density with abundance of plankton shows the correlation persons value 0.551 to 0.934. The conclusion is that the density of mangroves in station 1 was low, at station 2 were moderate, and 3 stations was high, whereas the abundance of plankton as a whole is low, and the density of mangrove relation with plankton abundance was moderate to very strong. (2) Sementara faktorpendukung terjadinya integrasi sosial yaitu kebersamaan, tidak membeda-bedakanantara masyarakat setempat dengan masyarakat pendatang, rasa senasibsepenanggungan, menyadari bahwa manusia sebagai makhluk sosial. (3) Faktorpenghambat integrasi sosial antara masyarakat pendatang dengan masyarakatsetempat yaitu berbeda kebudayaan, kedudukan sosial, berbeda agama, berbeda etnis,ras, bahasa, kebiasaan, sistem, nilai, norma. Simpulan proses integrasi sosial antaramasyarakat pendatang dengan masyarakat setempat sudah berjalan dengan baikmeskipun banyak perbedaan yang ditemukan dalam kehidupan, di dalam prosesintegrasi ada juga pendukung dan faktor penghambatnya yang dapat mempengaruhiberjalannya integrasi sosial.
