Data yang digunakan adalah data panel 23 kabupaten/kota di Aceh tahun 2011-2013. Model yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Pooled Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Bagi Hasil, Dana Alokasi Khusus, Dana Alokasi Umum, dan Dana Otonomi Khusus dan Penyesuaian secara statistik memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap Belanja Daerah. Terbukti bahwa terdapat flypaper effect di Aceh karena koefisien pendapatan asli daerah lebih kecil daripada koefisien dana bagi hasil yang menunjukkan Aceh belum mandiri. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif, provinsi yang memiliki kontribusi sektor tersier yang dominan terhadap PDRB menunjukkan semakin mandiri. Untuk mencapai kemandirian daerah, flypaper effect dapat diatasi dengan menggeser struktur perekonomian dari sektor primer dan sekunder menjadi sektor tersier. Alat pengeras suara portebel ini terdiri dari speker yang berbentuk corong, komponen utama pada pengeras suara portebel ini adalah IC TDA 2005R dan didukung oleh beberapa komponen seperti resistor, kapasitor, potensio meter, dan pcb, dengan menggunakan catu daya 12 v dengan menggunakan (Aki) menjadikan sistem pengeras suara ini mudah untuk dipindahkan. Sistem pengeras suara portebel ini dapat bekerja dengan baik dan suara yang dihasilkan lebih jelas dan bersih.Kata Kunci : Pengeras Suara Portebel, IC TDA2005R, Penguat Audio.ABSTRACTPortable loudspeaker is an handful device using a funnel-shaped lounspeaker to increase the sound output efficiency, most portable loundspeaker were not produce clean or loud sound, therefore to improve the better sound output quality this loudspeaker system is need added better of several amplifier components. This portable loundspeaker was consist of funnel-shaped speaker, main component of this portable loundspeaker was IC TDA 2005R and supported by several components such as resistor, capasitor, potensiometer, and pcb, by using 12 V power supply by baterry makes the loundspeaker system is easy to be moved.
