Hemiarthroplasty merupakan salah satu pilihan tatalaksana fraktur collum femur dimana tindakan ini melibatkan penggantian bagian femur dari sendi panggul dengan prostesis dengan membiarkan acetabulum tetap utuh. Penatalaksanaan fraktur collum femur bertujuan mengembalikan kapasitas fungsional penderita seperti sebelum cedera. Harris Hip Score (HHS) merupakan suatu penilaian outcome pasca operasi panggul yang meliputi: kualitas nyeri, kapasitas fungsional, deformitas, dan Rentang Gerak Sendi (RGS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan usia, jenis kelamin, IMT, status kognitif, durasi fraktur, jenis prostesis, durasi pasca operasi dan jumlah komorbid terhadap outcome penderita fraktur collum femur pasca hemiarthroplasty. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni-Agustus 2014 di Poliklinik Ortopedi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 26 orang. Analisa data komparatif dilakukan dengan uji Kriskal-Wallis dan uji Mann-Whitney serta analisa data korealtif dilakukan dengan uji Spearman. Hasil analisis komparatif menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia (p < 0,001), jenis kelamin (p = 0,007), IMT (p = 0,006), status kognitif (p < 0,001), durasi fraktur (p = 0,005) dan jumlah komorbid (p = 0,001) serta tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis prostesis (p = 0,506) dan durasi pasca tindakan (p = 0,054) terhadap outcome penderita fraktur collum femur pasca hemiarthroplasty. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor internal dan eksternal dengan perhatian konsumen terhadap label kemasan serta hubungan perhatian terhadap label dengan keputusan pembelian. Metode penelitian berupa survey dengan cara pengisian kuisioner. Populasi yang dijadikan responden penelitian adalah mahasiswa Unsyiah dan USM dengan jumlah 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik dengan model chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga atribut produk yang paling banyak diperhatikan oleh responden (38%), kemasan produk (21%), merek (14%), ukuran (11%) dan informasi yang diterima tentang makanan ringan (16%). Sedangkan untuk label yang paling diperhatikan ialah label halal (41%), label kadaluwarsa (36%), nama produk (18%) dan komposisi bahan (5%). Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keberadaan lapisan permukaan dangkal yang tersebar di kecamatan Kuta Alam sehingga dapat diketahui nilai daya dukung tanah dan bagiamana efek amplifikasi yang ditimbulkan dari gempa bumi berdasarkan analisis gelombang permukaan. Penelitian ini penting dikarenakan Banda Aceh merupakan daerah yang sering terjadi gempa bumi dan didominasi oleh endapan aluvial. Pengukuran menggunakan Seismograf PASI telah dilakukan pada enam lintasan dengan tiap lintasan memiliki spasi antar geophone 1 meter dan total panjang lintasan 33 meter. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil pengukuran berupa penjalaran gelombang seismik. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan software SeisImager melalui tahapan dispersi dan inversi sehingga didapatkan nilai kecepatan gelombang geser (V_S). Pemodelan dua dimensi dilakukan menggunakan software Surfer 11. Pada lintasan 1 kecepatan gelombang geser diperoleh 60 m/s hingga 400 m/s. Lintasan 2 memiliki kecepatan gelombang geser 20 m/s hingga 500 m/s. Lintasan 3 memiliki kecepatan gelombang geser 60 m/s hingga 440 m/s. Lintasan 4 memiliki kecepatan gelombang geser 40 m/s hingga 420 m/s. Lintasan 5 memiliki kecepatan gelombang geser 60 m/s hingga 380 m/s. Sedangkan lintasan 6 memiliki kecepatan gelombang geser 70 m/s hingga 370 m/s.
