Salah satu perubahan utama dibidang pertukaran informasi adalah penggunaan teknologi wireless, termasuk di dalamnya konfigurasi jaringan yang digunakan. Selain harus berfungsi secara optimal, kinerja juga perlu diperhatikan. Pada penelitian ini, kinerja teknologi Wireless Distribution System (WDS) dengan konfigurasi jaringan point to multi point yang menggunakan access point (AP) 802.11g. Tahapannya adalah dengan membangun model jaringan WDS menggunakan 4 AP yang saling terhubung satu sama lain, kemudian menguji kinerja jaringan jaringan WDS tersebut pada sisi server. Dari analisis dapat diperoleh hasil bahwa penggunaan jaringan WDS menunjukkan penurunan throughput pada WDS-1 terhadap WDS-2 sebesar 1,23% dan WDS-2 terhadap WDS-3 sebesar 11,88% dan WDS-1 terhadap WDS-3 sebesar 12,97%. Sedangkan nilai pada jitter terus meningkat dimana masih diambang batas yang diizinkan, begitu juga dengan nilai pada packet loss nilai nya terus meningkat mulai dari WDS-1, WDS-2 dan WDS-3 dengan kategori sangat bagus. The instruments used in this study were an essay test which was used for measuring the performance of teaching plan and teaching learning process by IPKM-1 and IPKM-2. Suatu kejadian hujan pada suatu tempat dengan volume yang sama belum tentu memiliki intensitas yang sama. Sehingga indeks erosivitas pada kejadian hujan yang berbeda dapat saja sangat berbeda, meskipun total curah hujannya sama. Variasi tersebut akan lebih signifikan pada lokasi yang berbeda. Atas dasar tersebut maka penelitian ini dilaksanakan guna mengetahui kinerja metode-metode prediksi indeks erosivitas yang umum digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja metode Bols, metode Lenvain dan metode Arnoldus dalam memprediksi nilai indeks erosivitas curah hujan di Sub DAS Krueng Khee, Kabupaten Aceh Besar.Tahapan penelitian ini adalah menentukan nilai erosivitas curah hujan 30 menit maksimum yang meliputi erosivitas hujan harian, bulanan dan tahunan. Prediksi nilai indeks erosivitas meliputi persamaan Bols, persamaan Arnoldus, dan Persamaan Lenvain. Uji statistik dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis awal yang menyatakan bahwa nilai erosivitas hasil prediksi tidak berbeda dengan nilai erosivitas acuan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Wischmeier dan Smith mendapatkan hubungan curah hujan harian (P) dengan erosivitas acuan (EI30) yang dinyatakan oleh persamaan EI30 = 15.512P - 10.511 dan EI30 = 11.714P - 35.671 dengan koefisien determinasi (R2) masing-masing adalah 0.82 untuk harian dan 0.84 untuk bulanan. Metode prediksi indeks erosivitas mendapatkan hubungan antara erosivitas dengan metode prediksi erosivitas Bols yang dinyatakan oleh persamaan EI30 = 1.1484 (RBols) + 1.3983 dan EI30= 0.9529 (RBols) + 16.65 dengan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.91 untuk harian dan 0.93 untuk bulanan, sedangkan metode prediksi Lenvain dinyatakan oleh persamaan EI30= 0.634 RLenvain + 11.26 dengan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.82 untuk bulanan. Hasil tersebut juga didukung oleh hasil uji statistik yang menyatakan tidak terdapat perbedaan antara erosivitas acuan dengan erosivitas hasil prediksi. An information system especially a database is designed with a high data availability. One of the database systems is MySQL cluster. Sometimes, its performance decreased because of the system’s incapablity to handle the data. To overcome this problem, the research of load balancing systems for MySQL cluster is needed. This research is intended to analyze the effect of load balancing clustering methods on MySQL cluster which by default has been set as failover clustering. The analysis is done through data collection and database transactions test to get the number of Transactions per second (TPS) and response time parameter using SysBench. The test is divided into two main scenarios, the simple and complex-mode that running on 4 computers. The tests were conducted by giving workloads from 8 up to 128 threads respectively to the server through a client on default conditions and load balancing. The test results showed the number of TPS at MySQL cluster default is 536.61. In contrast, number of TPS at load balancing is better at 2261.22. Likewise, the response time at MySQL cluster load balancing is 147.55 ms faster than that of the default one at 335.00 ms.
