PPOK eksaserbasi akut memerlukan perawatan yangintensif sehingga memerlukan rawat inap di rumah sakit. Perawatan padapenderita PPOK eksaserbasi akut dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti usia,jenis kelamin, derajat PPOK, derajat merokok dan riwayat komorbid. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan usia, jenis kelamin, derajatPPOK, derajat merokok dan riwayat komorbid terhadap lama rawat inap padapasien PPOK eksaserbasi akut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitikobservasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan telah dilakukan pada bulanJuli-September 2014 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 45 orang. Hasil analisiskomparatif dengan uji Kruskal-Wallis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yangsignifikan antara derajat PPOK (p < 0,002) terhadap lama rawat inap pada pasienPPOK eksaserbasi akut serta tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia(p = 0,377) dan riwayat komorbid (p = 0,538) terhadap lama rawat inap padapasien PPOK eksaserbasi akut. Hasil analisis komparatif Mann-Whitneymenunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin (p =0,841) dan derajat merokok (p = 0,838) terhadap lama rawat inap pada pasienPPOK eksaserbasi akut. Kuesioner disampaikan kepada 244 pejabat struktural SKPD, sebanyak 103 kuesioner (42,21%) kembali dan dapat diolah. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara partisipasi anggaran dan kinerja aparatur pemerintah daerah melalui komitmen tujuan anggaran. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis path (path analysis).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah daerah. Hasil lain yang ditunjukkan dalam penelitian ini adalah partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh terhadap komitmen tujuan anggaran. Namun, komitmen tujuan anggaran tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah daerah.
