Pengurangan waktu perjalanan dapat mengubah porsi keuntungan yang cukup besar. Oleh karena itu, digunakan pendekatan nilai waktu untuk mengkonversi keuntungan tersebut dalam bentuk uang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada ruas Jalan Teuku Umar Banda Aceh yang dimulai dari Simpang Gunongan (KM.1+101) s/d Simpang 3 PU (KM.3+113). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai biaya operasional kendaraan (BOK) untuk mobil penumpang dan sepeda motor serta mengetahui nilai waktu perjalanan di ruas Jalan Teuku Umar. Metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung nilai waktu perjalanan adalah metode income approach dan running speed approach. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh volume lalu-lintas puncak mobil penumpang (LV) untuk arah menuju Simpang 3 PU sebesar 1193 kend/jam, kendaraan berat (HV) sebesar 13 kend/jam dan sepeda motor (MC) sebesar 3438 kend/jam. Adapun volume lalu-lintas untuk arah sebaliknya menuju Simpang Gunongan diperoleh masing-masing kendaraan sebesar (LV=1059 kend/jam), (HV=16 kend/jam) dan (MC=4269 kend/jam). Kecepatan rata-rata LV untuk arah menuju Simpang 3 PU diperoleh sebesar 37,09 km/jam dan MC sebesar 47,96 km/jam. Sedangkan arah sebaliknya diperoleh kecepatan rata-rata LV sebesar 44,01 km/jam dan MC sebesar 52,37 km/jam. Nilai BOK untuk LV pada arah pengamatan menuju Simpang 3 PU sebesar Rp. 5.223/km dan arah sebaliknya sebesar Rp. 4.747/km. Adapun BOK untuk sepeda motor diperoleh nilai sebesar Rp. 337,56/km. Nilai waktu perjalanan yang diperoleh dengan metode income approach untuk sebagian penduduk di Kota Banda Aceh yaitu Rp. 24.018,11/jam/orang dan Rp. 35.346,74/jam/orang untuk sebagian penduduk yang berdomisili di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Adapun metode running speed approach menghasilkan nilai waktu perjalanan LV untuk arah menuju Simpang 3 PU sebesar Rp. 52.928/kend/jam dan arah sebaliknya yaitu menuju Simpang Gunongan diperoleh nilai waktu sebesar Rp. 43.891/kend/jam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian probiotik komersial terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup larva ikan dan mengetahui dosis probiotik yang optimum dalam pakan untuk memacu laju pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup larva ikan peres (Osteochilus sp.). Analisis statistik menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 5 taraf perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan yang dilakukan meliputi perlakuan dosis probiotik; A (0 ml/kg ), B (2,5 ml/kg ), C (5 ml/kg), D (7,5 ml/kg ) dan E (10 ml/kg ) dalam pakan. Aimed of this research was to find out the optimal level of molasses addition at straw rice ammonization process to N-NH3 production, VFA and microbe protein synthesis. Material used was rumen fluid of fistula cattle, rice straw, water, urea and molasses. Treatment tried was level of molasses addition 0%, 15% and 30% on rice straw which given urea. Research was carried out by experimental method as in vitro, was conducted use completely randomized design. Variable measured were N-NH3, VFA and microbe protein synthesis. Intake data entered in data tabulation and analyzed variance then continued by orthogonal polynomial test. Research result after ammonization indicated that acidity level and concentration of released NH3 decrease parallel with addition of molasses level, and also increase the nutrient content which was crude protein increase and crude fiber decrease. Variance analysis and Test of orthogonal polynomial result indicated that treatment of molasses addition have highly significant effect (P<0.01) and linier respond to concentration of released NH3 after ammonization. Research result as in vitro indicated concentration N-NH3 and VFA total decrease while microbe protein synthesis increase. Variance analysis result indicated that molasses addition treatment at straw rice ammonization process have highly significant (P < 0.01) on concentration of N-NH3, VFA total and Microbe Protein Synthesis. Test of orthogonal polynomial for molasses addition at straw rice ammonization process indicated linier respond on concentration of NH3 N-NH3 and VFA total, but microbe protein synthesis quadratic had respond (P < 0,01) white regression equation Y= 52.187-1.089222X + 0.11X2 (r2) 87.27 and (r) 0.9341. Penelitian ini terdiri atas 2 tahap yaitu isolasi protein IGF-I complex dari plasma seminal kambing dan aplikasi terhadap prosesing pembekuan semen. Pada tahap pertama dilakukan identifikasi IGF-I complex dengan menggunakan gel native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis dan isolasi IGF-I complex. Pada tahap kedua dilakukan aplikasi penambahan protein IGF-I complex pada prosesing semen beku. Semen dikoleksi dengan menggunakan vagina buatan dan kemudian disentrifus selama 5 menit dengan kecepatan 1800 rpm. Kemudian semen dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok. Pada kelompok I, II, dan III ditambahkan protein IGF-I complex masing-masing 0, 12, dan 618 ng/ 3X10 sperma. Selanjutnya dilakukan ekuilibrasi selama 1 jam dan dilanjutkan dengan evaluasi motilitas, viabilitas, dan membran sperma. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaaan motilitas, viabilitas, dan membran sperma yang signifikan (P<0,05) di antara tiga kelompok perlakuan. This research was aimed to study the effect of addition of katuk leaf meal (Sauropus androgynus L. Merr)  in feed on body weight gain and scrotal circumference of male Ettawa grade goat. The research lasted for eight months, starting Agustus 2012 to Maret 2013, with feeding trial for two months. Twenty male Ettawa grade goats of 18 to 24 months old, were divided into 4 treatment groups. Treatment groups were added with 0% Katuk leaf meal (R0);  5% (R1);  10%  (R2) and 15%  (R3), with 5  goats in each replication. Treatment diets were feed in the morning and afternoon for 60 days. Weighing body weight and measuring scrotal circumference was done every week. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and if there was significantly different, the data were further tested using Duncan multiple range test. The result shows that the body weight gain of the treatment were, R0 (2,39 ± 0,43 kg); R1 (2,84 ± 0,36 kg); R2 (2,85 ± 0,20 kg) and R3 (3,42 ± 0,78 kg) respectively. Scrotal circumference were, R0 (0,74 ± 0,10 cm); R1 (1,24 ± 0,26 cm); R2 (1,26 ± 0,40 cm) dan R3 (1,32 ± 0,32 cm) respectively. The result of this research indicated that the addition of katuk leaf meal in feed had significant effects (P<0,05) on body weight gain and scrotal circumference of Ettawa grade goat. Di bawah bimbingan Rina Sriwati sebagai ketua dan Husni sebagai anggota.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penambahan Trichoderma harzianum, Trichoderma virens dan T. harzianum + T. virens pada kompos limbah kakao terhadap perkembangan Phythopthora palmivora pada pembibitan kakao. Penelitian ini berlangsung pada bulan Mei 2013 hingga Juni 2014 di Laboratorium Penyakit Tumbuhan serta pada rumah jaring, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Syiah Kuala. Kompos dibuat dengan mengumpulkan kulit kakao yang berasal dari daerah Pidie Jaya. Perbandingan kompos dan tanah yang digunakan sebagai media tanam bibit kakao adalah 40: 60 %. Penelitian ini didesain dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan sebelas perlakuan (berikut dua kontrol) dan tiga ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri atas tiga perlakuan jenis: T. harzianum; T. virens; T. harzianum + T. virens dan tiga dosis Trichoderma: 1; 2 dan 4 g/l serta dua kontrol, kontrol positif (diinokulasi patogen) dan kontrol negatif (tidak diinokulasi patogen). Parameter yang diamati pada penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman (cm), diameter batang (mm), lebar daun (mm), jumlah daun, kejadian penyakit dan keparahan penyakit bibit kakao setelah diinokulasi P. palmivora pada 3 minggu setelah tanam dan diperlakukan dengan Trichoderma yang ditambahkan pada kompos. Pengamatan dilakukan hingga 7 minggu setelah tanam. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji ANOVA dan uji lanjut Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) pada taraf uji 5 %. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penambahan T. harzianum, T. virens maupun T. harzianum + T. virens pada kompos limbah kakao efektif digunakan untuk menekan perkembangan P. palmivora pada bibit kakao dan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhannya. Salah satu metode penambangan opini yang sering digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM). Penggunaan metode SVM ini menghasilkan akurasi yang baik. Proses penambangan opini diawali dengan pengumpulan data kalimat opini dan bukan opini. Data ini digunakan untuk membangun kamus opini, bukan opini, opini positif, dan opini negatif. Berdasarkan kamus yang telah dibangundan menggunakan rumus sederhana, data diubah kedalam bentuk fitur. Model klasifikasi dibangun dengan menggunakan SVM dari data yang telah diubah kedalam berbentuk fitur dan kemudian diuji. Model dengan akurasi tertinggi digunakan untuk penambangan opini.Kata kunci: Klasifikasi, penambangan opini, Support Vector MachineABSTRACTOpinion mining is part of data mining. One of frequently used methods in opinion mining is Support Vector Machine (SVM). SVM in general produces good accuracy. Opinion mining begins with a collection of data consists of opinion and not opinionsentences. This data is used to build a thesaurus of opinion, such as thesaurus of opinion, not opinion, positive opinion, and negative opinion. Using those thesaurus and simple formula, the features of the data is constructed. Then, the classification model is built using SVM and tested. An experiment was conducted to determine the broiler performance feed ration contained pineapple peel meal supplemented by yoghurt. A hundred broiler chickens 2 days old were used in this study those divided into 4 treatment groups and kept for 4 weeks. The treatments were level of pineapple peel meal (PPM) into the ration; P0 = ration without PPM, P1 = ration contained 5 % of PPM, P2 = ration contained 10 % of PPM and P3 = ration contained 15 % of PPM. To neutralize high crude fiber content in the ration, chickens were supplemented by yoghurt consisted 3,3 x 108 CFU/ml of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus as much as 3 ml/kg body weight. Yoghurt was offered in the morning before feeding. Each treatment was replicated 5 times. The experiment was assigned into Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 5 replications. Parameters were feed consumption, water consumption, body weight gain and feed conversion ratio. Data were analyzed by Analysis of variance (ANOVA) and significantly effect was tested by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. Results of this study showed that there was no significant difference (P>0.05) among 0, 5, and 10 % the treatment groups on feed consumption, water consumption, body weight gain and feed conversion ratio. Offered 15 % of pineapple peel to the chickens did not significantly (P<0.05) increased feed consumption and conversion ratio but did not significantly (P>0.05) decreased body weight gain.  It is concluded that pineapple peel meal might be mixed into the broiler chicken ration up to 10 % without any significant adverse effect  on performance when they were supplemented by yoghurt as much as 3 ml/kg of body weight.
