<text>The emergence of Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks (VANETs) as part of the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) technology development was expected to become an advanced method to solve the transportation system problem. The implementation of VANETs is expected to provide a new solution for traffic management strategy. Its main targets is to continue prioritizing traffic safety and to prevent the accidents on the roads. One of the VANETs problems before being implemented in the real world is the degree of freedom of the vehicle's mobility that limited by the road topologies. Various modellings and simulations have been performed to produce the most realistic mobility model. However, those models had become new paradigms due to various factors that limited them. The presence of the federated mobility model as an approach for traffic mobility modeling is considered to be able to provide more realistic and accurate VANETs simulation. Therefore, this article presents some brief reviews and contrast a number of the simulation and mobility models that have been used widely as compared to the federated mobility models that have developed until the present. The article's objective is to facilitate a better understanding of the traffic mobility modeling for the VANETs simulation that started from the interaction process until the integration between simulators. The understanding of the traffic mobility models will complement the knowledge that enable to perform the simulation of the VANETs implementation approaching the real conditions.</text>

<text>Abstract. Mayalibit Bay has an unique topography due to it has only one way long canal , narrow, and devious that connecting to open sea. Study on the water mass dynamics concerning to elevation and tidal current in Mayalibit Bay was conducted by constructing the 2D numerical hydrodynamics model which was simulated for 30 days to describe the pattern of elevation and water current which was resulted from tidal processes. The 2D hydrodynamic equation was employed by finite difference methods. Validation result showed that the model has a good performance and it was relevance to in-situ measurement. The pattern of elevation and water current from many tide periods had been spatially analyzed. Generally, simulation showed that there was a significant difference between the elevation and water currents pattern inside and outside the bay during high and low tides.. Elevation and water current have higher value during highg tide (maximum 0.35 m and 0.2 m/s) than low tide period (maximum 0.14 m and 0.1 m/s ) with the velocity of water current was faster at ebb-tide or low tide. The water current in entry canal has higher value than in any part of the bay which themaximum velocity was varied from 1.6 m/s (flood-tide) to 3.7 m/s (ebb-tide). The direction of current during high tide flows was dominantly to the West-Northwest or enters the bay by following its geometric and to the East-Southeast or exits from the bay during the ebb-tidesKeywords :  Tidal; quasi-enclosed waters; numerical models; finite difference  Abstrak.

The more increasing number of people residing in one area will the more problem occurr. This study aimed to obtain the activity-based models of trip generation and identify the factors that influence the trip by residential complex in the District of Darul Imarah which can be done by anticipated problem that will happen in the future. Primary survey conducted by filling out the questionnaire on 250 families that residing in the three residential areas, namely: Meusara Agung Residence, Rahmi Permai Residence and Aron Residence. The results of the questionnaire will be tabulated into independent dependent variable, and then analyzed by using SPSS-18 program. The equations of regression will used to model the rise of the trip based on the activities of the Darul Imarah District. The results of this study expected to obtain three models of trip activities, namely: mandatory activity  that consist of work activity (Y1) and school activity (Y2) with regression model equation : (Y1) = -0,133 + 0,108 X1 + 0,495 X3 + 0,061 X5 + 0,096 X6 + 0,328 X8 ; (Y2) = -0,125 + 0,656 X2 + 0,040 X5 + 0,279 X6,  maintenance Activity that consist of shopping activity (Y3) dan escorting (Y4) with regression equation : (Y3) =  0,267 + 0,480 X6 + 0,291 X9 ; (Y4) = 0,306 + 0,337 X6 + 0,230 X7 + 0,247 X5 + 0,124 X3 and discretionary activity that consist of happy Activity (Y5), activity of social visit (Y6), recreation  activity(Y7) with regression equation: (Y5) = -0,235 + 0,421 X6 + 0,335 X4 ; (Y6) = 0,268 + 0,410 X6 + 0,30 X8 + 0,778 X9 ; (Y7) = 0,571 + 0,571 X4 + 0,285 X6 + 0,369 X9.Keywords : trip demand modeling, mandatory activities, maintenance activities, discretionary activities.

<text>ABSTRACT. The Modelling Wetlands Potential Based on Topography Index in Bretagne, France ABSTRACT. Wetlands represent an important natural resource which supports natural biodiversity. Topography and geomorphology play a major role for the development of wetlands and are decisive factors for modeling wetlands extension. The importance of identifying wetlands, can be used as a basis for determining the development priorities that will be based on technical and socioeconomic aspects The objective of this research was to predict the spatial extent of potential wetlands in Brittany, France from a topographic index calibrated on a set of 10 detailed soil maps. In identifying potential wetlands, it based on soil hydromorph which conducted by method 4 criteria. The following four stages of analysis were respectively categorized: identification hidromorphy, calculation topographic index, calculation of threshold, and validation. A threshold method was conducted between soil maps and topographic index to indicate the similarity condition. We use for threshold and validation a new way using 120 combination of soil maps. The result of topographic index was 4.7 and it was applied for all Brittany.</text>

<text>Abstract: The high interest of students in choosing motorcycle as mode to campus has a direct im- pact on the travel to Syiah Kuala University Campus in Darussalam, Banda Aceh. This raises a point of congestino    that occurs in Lamnyong Bridge. Various alternatives to unravel congestion has surfaced. One way is to conduct a reform in the field of public transport with the Mass Public Transport System in the discourse of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT). This study aims to determine the utility model and probabilit) modal choice between BRT and motorcycles. Preference data using Stated Preferences Techniques. Data questionnaires were distributed to students in the campus ar- ea. Questionnaire survey results data is inputted using Microsoft Excel 2010 and analyzed using SPSS Version 16 to get a model of modal choice. The utility model obtained was with UBRT – USM= utility differenceof modal choice between BRT and motorcycles;X1 = travel cost variable;X2= trav- el time variable; X3= delay of travel variable. The probabilty model was obtained And PSM = 1 - PBRT    with PBRT = probability to choose BRT moda and PSM = probability to choose motorcy- cles moda. Keywords : stated preference, utility model and modal choice probabilityAbstrak: Tingginya minat mahasiswa memilih sepeda motor (SM) sebagai moda ke kampus berdampak langsung pada rute perjalanan menuju Kampus Universitas Syiah Kuala Darussalam.
