Iklim komunikasi organisasi merupakan fungsi kegiatan dalam organisasi untuk menunjukkan kepada anggota organisasi bahwa organisasi tersebut mempercayai mereka, mendorong mereka dan memberi mereka tanggungjawab dalam tugas-tugas mereka, menyediakan informasi yang terbuka serta dapat dipercaya, mendengarkan dengan penuh perhatian aspirasi anggota organisasi, sehingga mereka keterlibatan mereka penting bagi keputusan dalam organisasi, dan menaruh perhatian pada pekerjaan yang bermutu tinggi sekaligus memberi tantangan. Komitmen organisasi adalah rasa identifikasi (kepercayaan terhadap nilai-nilai organisasi), keterlibatan (kesediaan untuk berusaha sebaik mungkin demi kepentingan organisasi) dan loyalitas (keinginan untuk tetap menjadi anggota organisasi yang bersangkutan) yang dinyatakan oleh seorang karyawan terhadap organisasinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 173 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik statistik yang akan digunakan dalam analisa korelasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi antara variabel Iklim Komunikasi Organisasi Suportif dengan variable Komitmen Pegawai terhadap organisasi sebesar 0,507 yang berarti bahwa hubungan menunjukan korelasi yang cukup kuat. Ini diperkuat dengan diperoleh nilai (thitung ) dengan ? = 0,05 ( uji 2 sisi) diperoleh 7,692 maka diperoleh uji signifikannya 7,692 ( thitung ) > 1,974 ( ttabel ) maka Ha diterima atau korelasi dua variable signifikan. However, due to forest encroachment, the conditions of habitat at the site which is often used by elephants in the Seulawah ecosystem are changed, and including forest encroachment areas are extremely high. With the purpose to describing physically and biologically of the habitat characteristics of Sumatran elephants in the Seulawah ecosystem at Aceh Besar regency. Retrieval of data was held on 1-14 in December 2010. The parameters which used are the amount of feces found in habitat that is used by the Sumatran elephants in the Seulawah ecosystems at Aceh Besar regency. The data is collected on the track which located in the Seulawah ecosystem ata Aceh Besar regency and samples used are track with measure of  100x3m and then divided into 8 plots with distance between plots are 500m. The results showed that the Sumatran elephant selecting habitat unit with criteria (a) the slope of the ramps (0-20o), (b) close to the water source (0-250m), (c) close to the primary forest (0-500m); (d) the availability of minerals rare trees (<3 trees), (e) low-elevation land (0-400m), (f) the availability of many feed (75%), (g) closing the canopy is very rare (0-25 %), (h) the availability of body scrub trees are rare (<3 trees), and (i) the type of secondary forest. The results provide information about the factors that determine the selection of habitat by Sumatran elephants that can contribute in the management of suitable habitat for Sumatran elephants. This condition is expected to reduce elephant conflicts with the surrounding area. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru, aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar siswa dengan penggunaan penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada materi bangun datar di kelas III SD Negeri 1 Peukan Bada Aceh Besar. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek Penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III di SDN 1 Peukan Bada yang berjumlah 30 orang siswa. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Aktivitas guru juga mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sampai ke siklus III. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata pada siklus I yang diperoleh sebesar 3,79 (75,59%), siklus II 4,32 (86,29%) dan siklus III sebesar 4,74 (94,69%). Aktivitas siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sampai ke siklus III. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari skor rata-rata pada siklus I yang diperoleh sebesar 3,50 (70%) pada siklus II sebesar 4.1 (82%) dan pada siklus III sebesar 4,6 (92%). Hasil belajar pada siklus I, siswa mendapatkan nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 70,5 dan siswa yang tuntas mengikuti proses pembelajaran sebanyak 23 orang siswa (76,67%). Pada Siklus II, nilai rata-rata kelas yang dicapai oleh siswa sebesar 78,3 dan siswa yang tuntas mengikuti proses pembelajaran sebanyak 25 orang siswa (83,33%). Pada siklus III, nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa sebesar 84,67 yang dituntaskan oleh 29 orang siswa (96,67%). The instrument used in this research was 20 multiple choice questions with reasons and equipped by CRI (Certainty of Response Index) which is used to measure the degree of certainty of students’ answers. There were 38 students as respondents in this research. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel modal, volume penjualan dan curahan jam kerja mempengaruhi pendapatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama seminggu, dari pertengahan bulan September sampai akhir bulan September 2013, dengan lokasi penelitian di Kelurahan Kota Bawah Timur Kecamatan Sukakarya Kota Sabang. Jenis data yang digunkan berupa data primer yang diperoleh langsung dengan cara wawancara dengan responden, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari instansi terkait. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut sampel yang dihasilkan adalah 35 sampel. Sedangkan metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik sampling secara Unsrestricted Random Sample yaitu sampel ditarik secara langsung dari populasi, populasi tidak terbagi atas subsample. Metode analisis yang dugunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil Penelitian bahwa kemampuan variabel independen menjelaskan variabel dependen sebesar 77,5 persen, ini dilihat dari nilai R Square Adj = 0,775. Variabel modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan, pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan, sedangkan tenaga kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. The research is aimed to study the effect chitosan concentration and storage time for Total Plate Count (TPC). The study was conducted in Laboratory of Microbiology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Syiah Kuala University from April to August 2012. The research method was laboratory experimental.  The data was analyzed by Randomized Completely Design with two factorial. The first factor was chitosan concentration (three levels: 0%; 1%; 2%) while the second factor was storage time (four levels: 0; 2; 4; 8 weeks). The results of this study indicated that chitosan concentration was not significantly different for the Total Plate Count (p>0,05), however storage time was significantly for the Total Plate Count (p<0,05). Futhermore, the interaction chitosan concentration and storage time was significantly for the Total Plate Count (p<0,05). Data analisis dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kuantitatif melalui penyajian dan penyusunan data ke dalam tabel yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Error Corection Model (ECM) yang sebelumnya diuji menggunakan uji akar unit dan uji kointegrasi Engle Granger Test.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tukar riil dalam jangka pendek dan jangka panjang berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan. Sedangkan kecepatan terjadi penyesuaian menuju ke keseimbangan jangka panjang berlangsung cukup cepat, apabila terjadi perubahan nilai tukar dalam jangka pendek, maka akan langsung dilakukan koreksi / penyesuaian untuk dikembalikan pada keseimbangan jangka panjangnya. Hexane extract showed the strongest antibacterial activity compared with other crude extracts. While essential oil of C. viminalis  in particular showed strong anticandidal activity.
