Untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja Jalan Teuku Muhammad Hasan Banda Aceh diperlukan data volume lalu lintas dan data eksisting geometriknya, yang digunakan pada analisis data. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan pengamatan tahun 2014, Jalan Teuku Muhammad Hasan Banda Aceh mempunyai kelas hambatan samping sedang (M) yaitu daerah niaga dengan toko-toko di sisi jalan dan untuk kinerja Jalan Teuku Muhammad Hasan Banda Aceh pada titik pengamatan I (simpang surabaya arah ke simpang jalan angsa) mempunyai Derajat Kejenuhan sebesar 0,370; titik penamatan II (dari simpang surabaya sampai simpang jalan angsa) mempunyai Derajat Kejenuhan sebesar 0,439; titik pengamatan III (dari simpang jalan angsa sampai simpang jalan AMD) mempunyai Derajat Kejenuhan sebesar 0,267; titik pengamatan IV (Uturn terminal BUS Batoh) mempunyai Derajat Kejenuhan sebesar 0,288. Screening for developmental disorders using a pre-screening questionnaire development (KPSP) with a sensitivity of 63% and specificity of 95%. This study is aimed to find out development attack indication of malnutrition patients in children inpatient ward at dr. Zainoel Abidin Hospital, Banda Aceh. This research is a kind of descriptive observation research. Sampling technique of this study was accidental sampling which was conducted to 30 respondents in March-May 2014. The result showed that there were 27 children (90,0%) in suspected category and 3 children (10,0%) in doubtful category. The highest number of mother education level was senior high school diploma degree, it was 56,6% (17 mother). Meanwhile the lowest number of mother education level was secondary school with the percentage of 16,7% (5 mothers). Besides, the highest percentage of economic status distribution was low economic status with the percentage of 73,3% (22 people) while the lowest percentage was 26,7% (8 people) for secondary percentage economic status. Sample of this research are selected on outpatient in ophthalmology department RSUDZA based on medical record January 1st until December 31th 2010, and the sampel was taken with a total population method which sample are 11.237 patients with 13.892 diagnose. The diagnosed eye diseases refer to International Classification Diseases (ICD) 10 Chapter VII. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program peningkatan disiplin dan motivasi kerja guru bersasaran untuk tercapainya proses pembelajaran dengan optimal, sehingga pada akhirnya mutu sekolah dapat ditingkatkan. Setiap penyusunan program diarahkan agar proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan baik, efektif, dan menyenangkan, dan berorientasi kepada pencapaian tujuan sekolah. Kebijakan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan komitmen guru dengan menerapkan kepemimpinan yang bersifat situasional bagi guru-guru yang komitmen kerjanya biasa, tetapi sikap mereka lebih patuh dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, kepala sekolah menerapkan kepemimpinan konsultatif dan partisipatif. Kepala sekolah banyak berdiskusi untuk mendapatkan cara yang disetujui oleh guru-guru. Kendala dalam meningkatkan disiplin dan motivasi kerja guru antara lain masih ada sebagian kecil guru yang datang terlambat ke sekolah, masih ada guru yang tidak menyiapkan perangkat pembelajaran dengan lengkap, tidak pernah menggunakan media dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran. Cacing tanah (Lumbricus rubellus) memiliki peptida antimikroba yang disebut lumbricin-I yang telah menjadi pilihan alternatif dalam menghadapi resistensi antimikroba. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri tepung cacing tanah (L.rubellus) terhadap Multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii secara in vitro. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimental laboratorium dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas 6 kelompok perlakuan dengan 4 kali pengulangan. Kelompok perlakuan terdiri dari konsentrasi tepung cacing tanah 100 mg, 200 mg, 300 mg, 400 mg dan 500 mg dalam pelarut 5 ml. Kelompok kontrol negatif menggunakan asam asetat 50% dan asetonitril 100% yang dinormalisasikan menjadi konsentrasi 1%. Uji aktivitas antibakteri dilakukan menggunakan metode difusi cakram Kirby-Bauer.
